    I've tried this method and can confirm it really does work. Just apply reactivate serum by littllexttrra daily at night and when you wake up simply wash your hair with plain water. Weekly or biweekly, apply shampoo and oil the hair. Monthly, wash your hair with simple rice water. Do this for at least 4 months you will nice hair growth.

    I experienced COVID that lasted a good 10 days. At first, I believed I was fine until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the stress my body had during that time period and also due to the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today I don't face any hair fall.
    Thanks for this video! I'm feeling so much better.

    Using rosemary water and rosemary oil ( infused with vco) together with microneedling. I started using it last July 22 2023. Right now i can say that I do have a significant hair growth. And some baby hairs do grow but it is slow, it's been 3 months now and I hope to see more results in the next months.

    My own hair growth success Journey I did this (natural only):
    1. Leaf of Stinging Nettle Tea everyday to detox liver from hormone residue
    2. Taoist Handmade Soap for Hair Growth 2 times a week only
    3. Vinegar water diluted rinse after a shower once a day everyday
    4. Vibration massage on the scalp or you can use your hands
    5. Stop Sugar and fat and eat lamb or chicken with vegtables for at least 10 days to reset your hormones
    6. Take collagen powder 2x a day everyday to give the final nutrition needed for maximum growth
    This has helped men and women in my family. I think it will help yours.

    Rosemary is also an anti fungal anti inflammatory... I Steeped rosemary with water, once cooled I put it into a spray bottle sprayed it on my scalp no rubbing because my scalp hurt I just parted my hair... Almost instant relief from the burning sensitive scalp..I spend a lot of time outside, my hair gets oily and sweaty I think this was causing my telogen effluvium. So far so good it is nice to add to your daily routine because you don't have to wash it off it is not an oil.. I have done this for 1 week only but my after shower hair loss is alot less... Don't know about grow back yet of course my goal was a healthy scalp and the hair loss first....

My scalp is not burning anymore and there is NO hair loss in the shower, it was so bad I would stick the peaces of hair on the wall just to keep them from going down the drain..😞 I NOW have small baby hair framing my face, not sure if this is new hair, my appointment is soon.. There is no question my hair fall has signifigantly reduced since i started using Rosemary and Peppermint oil. The strange thing about science and research, is that anecdotal experiences are essentially ignored. Well, my anedcodtal experience is telling me at minimum, my hair fall is reduced by about 90% when I run my fingers through my hair and comb my hair, so I personally don't care what the "research" or lack thereof says.

    It is understandable that you are sceptical about rosemary oil, being medics; however, rosemary oil *does* help with hair growth.
    I have had hair loss problem for hormonal reasons for a whiile. I've been using rosemary oil and rosemary oil shampoo for about five weeks. I've already started to see baby hair growing. I would recommend the use of Rosemary oil. I had read it somewhere that it functions like minoxidil but does this without causing the side effects that minoxidil causes. Of course, depending on the reason of hair loss, depending on when it's being used, each human body would show a different reaction to it. But I would say give it a try give it a chance and start using rosemary oil. You can only end up not seeing any results, but you definitely will not experience any side effects like the medical stuff can cause.
    PS.: use one that is diluted (e.g. with other oils like olive oil and coconut oil).

For reference I have slightly wavy hair, used to reach mid thigh length but now I’m left with less hair from each side of my head, the few remaining long strands barely reach tailbone length, feels like lots of the remaining was also damaged and shortened, or doomed to eventually snap somewhere in the damaged length. Please give me insight into what is good for hair. Henna, rosemary oil, minoxidil, supplements, massages, water, thank you so much and wish everyone a great hair journey. Hi docs. I'm a 25 year old male, my hairline has receded a bit, and I'm noticing my hair are much less dense than before, so I went to a dermatologist, who recommended to me, 1 ml of a solution of 10% Min + 0.1% Fin which has to be applied twice a day. As well as a 1.25 mg oral Min daily tablet. I wanted to check if this dosage is fine? It seems a bit high to me.

    • @fabbe0606
      @fabbe0606 ปีที่แล้ว +16

      That is way to high, especially to start off with. The most you're going to need 1 mg finasteride + 5% minoxidil daily. More than that you're risking more side effects for diminishing benefit. It's also a good idea to maybe start with 1mg finasteride every other day, evaluate the effects after a couple months/a year and maybe you get good results and minoxidil is not needed.

    • @Mercurial_Phantom
      @Mercurial_Phantom ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Best to start with Fin to see if you can get stability, before adding Min. For topical Min you don't need more than 5%, it will have same results as 10%. For oral Min 1.25mg is a pretty low dose, usually people take 2.5 or 5mg but it's to start low with that then up it.

      It’s a grow stimulant so you may be able to keep ground for awhile, however it doesn’t stop the root cause of hair loss. But try topical finasteride as well if you’re not comfortable as yet taking to pill.

      Maybe to some degree, but you will lose ground over time without a 5ar inhibitor.

    Thank you doctors for being honest. Especially when mentioning the one study about rosemary oil and comparing it to 2% minoxidal. That study has many ambiguities as pointed out by @LabMuffinBeautyScience. However it is sited over and over again. You now have a new follower.

      You have to keep using it and see a doctor on the type of hair loss thats contributing it if it’s just aga you have to find the dht shampoo that are good and continue to use rosemary oil not essential oil btw it’s going to take longer than 3 months especially with natural remedies

      No, you need a carrier oil, like coconut or olive. Oil can hardly be diluted in water.

    Hi docs I’m 27 year old male. I had covid last September and started shedding like crazy 2 months after. During 2022 I had bad mouth ulcers constant. My dentist told me my mouth hygiene was great and to get bloods done. I didn’t untill the hair shedding got bad. Turned out I had a folate defiancey. Got prescribed 5mg folate and was suppose to get bloods done 3. Months after, I didn’t. Hair looks bad compared to what it was. I ordered minoxidl as I’m trying for baby number 2 with my gf and didn’t want to start fin just yet. Is this a bad idea? The Minoxdl I mean.

      I wouldn’t be using Minoxidil either if you’re trying for a baby for the same reason that women shouldn’t use it if they’re trying to conceive.

      Once your body gets used to minoxidil...it stops responding to minoxidil....so better not to use it...using something for the rest of your life is hard actually....go for blood tests and improve your diet accordingly hand have some natural dht blocked and exercise daily
