Hi, I recently bought the dht blocker and foligrowth serum where nothing is happening been using it for almost a month and eating correctly the proper diet, vitamins and minerals, showering every other day with the correct shampoo and conditioner that you provided in correspondence to my hair where I am still losing 25 hairs a day i see no progress im still shedding the dht blocker and foligrowth hasn't done anything as its been day 26 and still shedding at least 25 hairs a day
First of all one month is not nearly enough to see a change. You need to give it at least 90 days. Also, did you get any bloodwork? Vitamin D3, ferritin, zinc.
In addition, losing at least 50 to 100 hairs daily is considered normal. Stick with the treatment plan for 3 to 6 months. If your follicles are still dormant (not dead) and the nutritionally aspect covered, it will surely recover.

Right! All people in a lab coat are official. Plus this guy legitimately has 21+ years of experience and has worked with billionaires, a Listers, has had clinics all over the United States, and actually knows what he's doing. 🤔
Yes, unfortunately, when you stop using minoxidil 5%, it’s likely that your hair will gradually return to its previous pattern of hair loss. 😕 Minoxidil primarily works by stimulating hair follicles to grow, but it doesn’t alter the underlying genetic or hormonal factors that cause male pattern baldness. So, once you stop, the extra support it gives to your hair follicles will taper off, and any regrowth achieved may be lost over several months. Here are some alternative or complementary approaches to help manage hair loss long-term: 1. **DHT Blockers** 💊: Since male pattern baldness is largely driven by DHT, medications like finasteride (under a doctor’s guidance) can help reduce DHT levels, which may slow hair loss. 2. **Nutritional Support** 🌱: Maintaining a healthy diet rich in iron, zinc, and vitamins (like D and B-complex) can keep your hair follicles nourished. Supplements specifically designed for hair health might also be helpful. 3. **Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)** 💡: Devices like laser caps or combs have shown promise in stimulating hair follicles and could be used alongside other treatments. 4. **Microneedling** ✨: Done properly, microneedling can boost absorption of topical treatments and stimulate scalp health. 5. **Specialized Hair Care Products** 🧴: Look for shampoos and serums designed to support hair density and scalp health. Ingredients like caffeine, saw palmetto, and biotin can offer some support. Consider combining some of these strategies for the best chance at maintaining your results long-term. 👍 ➡️ For more personalized advice, reach out to us at [Advanced Trichology](www.advancedtrichology.com/)!

If you have lost hair due to diet and mental issues you will get your density back when you fixed the core issue. Hope that helped
Yes, rosemary oil can be helpful for a receding hairline! 🌱 Studies have shown that rosemary oil may stimulate hair growth by improving circulation in the scalp and encouraging healthy hair follicles. It has even been compared to some hair growth treatments (like minoxidil) and shown promising results for certain people over time. Sir,I have a problem that in my hair most of all is branches like .Beside in my hair small branches like there. How can I decrease the branches like hair?
Hey there! 🌿 It sounds like you’re dealing with **split ends** or hair that’s starting to “branch” at the tips. This is a common issue when hair gets dry, damaged, or over-stressed from styling. Here’s how to reduce it: ✂️ **Trim Regularly**: Getting a trim every 6-8 weeks helps prevent split ends from moving up the hair shaft, which makes your hair look and feel healthier. 💧 **Deep Condition**: Try using a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Look for masks with ingredients like keratin, shea butter, or coconut oil to boost moisture and strength. 💨 **Protect from Heat**: Heat styling can worsen split ends, so use a heat protectant spray and try to limit high-heat tools. 🌞 **Moisturize Daily**: Use a leave-in conditioner or lightweight hair oil on the ends to keep them hydrated throughout the day. Following these steps should gradually decrease that "branched" look and give your hair a smoother, healthier appearance! 🌟 ➡️ Reach out to us at [Advanced Trichology](www.advancedtrichology.com/) if you’d like more personalized advice!

Thank you! Castor oil and rosemary oil can both have potential benefits for hair, but their effectiveness depends on the underlying cause of hair issues. Castor oil is rich in fatty acids and may help moisturize and strengthen hair. Rosemary oil has been studied for its ability to stimulate hair growth by improving circulation to the scalp. When blended, they can complement each other-castor oil for conditioning and rosemary oil for promoting hair health. However, they won't address issues like genetic hair loss or severe scalp conditions, so results can vary. ➡️Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/
I totally understand how you feel! 😢 Graying hair is something a lot of us wish we could reverse, but once hair turns gray due to aging or genetics, it’s challenging to turn it back to its natural color. The process happens because the pigment-producing cells (*melanocytes*) in hair follicles slow down or stop producing melanin, which gives hair its color. That said, here are a few things to keep in mind: ✨ **Stress management**: Studies show that high stress might accelerate graying, so managing stress can help slow it down. ✨ **Healthy lifestyle**: A nutrient-rich diet (with B vitamins, copper, and iron) and antioxidants can help support overall hair health and delay graying. ✨ **Research**: Scientists are exploring ways to reactivate melanocytes, though we don’t have a full solution yet. For now, embracing the change or using natural coloring options is what most of us do. You’re not alone in this journey! 🖤 ➡️Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/ for more personalized advice! 🌸
hello sir, i looked all over the internet for weeks and i seriously cannot find any before and after fotos of men using saw palmetto oral for hairloss could you show me the proof because i can image me and many others are afraid theyre wasting their time with this product
Saw palmetto is a great adjunct. I don't think it's going regrow anybody's hair if the just saw palmetto. It should be used alongside other products and topicals. That clinical study was a reference and you can look up that study and see if there's any photos.

"I would never rely upon just essential oils to regrow your hair" So what are you exactly implying here? All the other approaches like diet, lifestyle changes etc? Very informative but this is kind of confusing for people like me, who buy and use your companys products, with success. This sends mixed signals.
Understood. What I'm simply saying is that essential oils by themselves are not going to solve your problem the vast majority of the time. Combine them with a topical like Foligrowth serum that has essential oils plus other active to control other reasons for hair loss like DHT or nutrition. also be sure to handle the internal aspects of hair loss. I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with hair loss at 18-that can definitely be stressful. Yes, you can absolutely use **rosemary oil** as a natural option to help with hair loss! 🌿 Rosemary oil is known for its ability to improve circulation to the scalp, which can promote hair growth. Some studies even suggest it may work similarly to **minoxidil** in certain cases. Here’s how you can use it: 1. **Dilute the rosemary oil**: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil to avoid irritation. 2. **Massage into your scalp**: Gently massage the mixture into your scalp for about 5-10 minutes, then leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight before washing your hair. 3. **Consistency is key**: Use it 2-3 times a week for the best results. While rosemary oil is a great natural approach, if your hair loss continues, it might be helpful to explore other treatments as well, depending on the cause (genetics, stress, etc.). ➡️ Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/ for more advice on how to stop hair loss and boost growth!

I am 17 years old and my hair line started be thiner (probabaly becuse my genes (all the in man in my family is bald) so in my case rosmary oil with drema roler can work?
You're absolutely right! 🌿 **Rosemary oil** has indeed gained attention for its potential as a natural **DHT blocker**. Some studies suggest that rosemary oil may help reduce hair loss by blocking **5-alpha-reductase**, the enzyme that converts testosterone into **DHT** (dihydrotestosterone), which is linked to hair thinning and loss in androgenetic alopecia. I apologize for any confusion! What I meant to convey is that while **rosemary oil** can potentially support hair health and help combat DHT-related hair loss, it might not be as **clinically proven** or **potent** as treatments like **finasteride** or other medically recognized DHT blockers. However, it can certainly be a part of your natural hair care regimen, especially when combined with other supportive treatments! 🌱 So yes, rosemary oil **can** help with DHT, but it's important to have realistic expectations and, if needed, combine it with other treatments for the best results. ➡️ For more detailed advice on natural and medical treatments, feel free to reach out to us at [www.advancedtrichology.com/](www.advancedtrichology.com/)! 😊

Personally I would like to avoid pharmaceutical, but I'm willing to take if it's the only option (a low amount)
Great questions… Yes you can certainly also take .5 mg per day as that has actually very good efficacy. No there's not but you do need to make sure your D3 is good because if your D3 is less than 60 ng/mL in your blood than you're probably converting more DHT than you should.

I hear you! 😅 When hair loss has been ongoing for 10-20 years, especially if it’s severe or involves significant thinning or bald spots, it can feel like nothing will make a difference. While treatments like minoxidil can be effective for some, they often work best in the early stages of hair loss. Here’s the thing: after that much time, the follicles may have become dormant or scarred, making it really tough for any topical treatment to stimulate new growth. But don’t lose hope just yet! Here are a few things you could consider: 1. **Consultation with a Specialist**: Sometimes, even when it seems like nothing works, a trichologist or dermatologist can offer personalized advice or treatments that might not be available over the counter. 2. **Hair Transplants**: If you’re looking for a more permanent solution, hair transplants can be a good option. They take healthy hair follicles from areas where hair is still growing and transplant them to the thinning or bald areas. 3. **Scalp Micropigmentation**: If hair regrowth isn’t in the cards, this cosmetic tattooing technique can give the appearance of a fuller head of hair. 4. **Wigs or Hairpieces**: High-quality wigs or hairpieces have come a long way and can look incredibly natural, giving you the appearance you want without the hassle of treatments. I know it can be frustrating, but you’ve got options. Whatever you decide, make sure it’s something that makes you feel good and confident. 💪 ➡️Reach out to us at [www.advancedtrichology.com](www.advancedtrichology.com/).

Doc. I'm one and a half months in on my one year's supply of Minoxidil. Can I use Rosemary oil one day after gradually quitting Minoxidil?
I would like to try the five essential oils. Do you have a recipe for it?
Absolutely! 🌿 Combining essential oils for hair growth can be a fantastic way to nourish your scalp and hair. Here’s a simple recipe to try:
DIY Essential Oil Blend for Hair Growth
3 drops of Rosemary oil - promotes hair growth and improves scalp circulation 🌱
3 drops of Peppermint oil - stimulates follicles and increases blood flow 🌀
3 drops of Lavender oil - soothes the scalp and reduces inflammation 💜
3 drops of Tea Tree oil - fights dandruff and keeps scalp healthy 🍃
3 drops of Cedarwood oil - strengthens hair and promotes growth 🌲
Mix these oils with 2 tablespoons of a carrier oil like jojoba, coconut, or olive oil. Massage the blend into your scalp for about 5-10 minutes, then leave it in for 30 minutes (or overnight if you like) before washing. Repeat 1-2 times per week for best results.

1 month is not enough time. Hair growth is slow. Gotta give it at least 3 or 4 months before assessing results
In addition, losing at least 50 to 100 hairs daily is considered normal. Stick with the treatment plan for 3 to 6 months. If your follicles are still dormant (not dead) and the nutritionally aspect covered, it will surely recover.

When stop using minoxidil 5% may return to its previous men pattern baldness if yes give me another advice on that matter
Here are some alternative or complementary approaches to help manage hair loss long-term:

What are the (main) reasons of hairloss other than genetics ???
inflammation, diet deficiency, shedding caused through mental stress. There are a variety of reasons why someone looses hair, but the most common one would be genetics (DHT sensitivity)
@@lolidangelmeier I don't have genetic hair problem. my grandpa is 90+ he still has densed hair also my father and his 3 brother has hair on head.

2 - Does hair regrow after curing diet deficiency and curing mental stress ( I have these both diet deficiency and mental stress) ??
@@manisshh22 Theres a 50% chance you get these genes from your mother or father.
1. Hair that was lost due to DHT will only grow back if you do something about it, DHT binds to your hair follicles and it gets thinner over time, you can block further loss with finasteride and stimulate hair growth with minoxidil.
2. If you have lost hair due to diet and mental issues you will get your density back when you fixed the core issue.
Hope that helped
Does rosemary oil help us for receding hairline or not..?
Yes, rosemary oil can be helpful for a receding hairline! 🌱 Studies have shown that rosemary oil may stimulate hair growth by improving circulation in the scalp and encouraging healthy hair follicles. It has even been compared to some hair growth treatments (like minoxidil) and shown promising results for certain people over time.
For best results, dilute it with a carrier oil (like jojoba or coconut) and massage it into your scalp regularly. Remember, consistency is key, and results can take a few months to notice. 💆♀️

Here’s how to reduce it:
✂️ **Trim Regularly**: Getting a trim every 6-8 weeks helps prevent split ends from moving up the hair shaft, which makes your hair look and feel healthier.

Good video. Is castor oil not helpful when blended with rosemary oil?
However, they won't address issues like genetic hair loss or severe scalp conditions, so results can vary.

will it work for alopecia
There is solution for every problem in this universe but if once our hair will grey, can't be reversed to naturally black 🐈⬛🖤😢
That said, here are a few things to keep in mind:
✨ **Stress management**: Studies show that high stress might accelerate graying, so managing stress can help slow it down.

hello sir, i looked all over the internet for weeks and i seriously cannot find any before and after fotos of men using saw palmetto oral for hairloss could you show me the proof because i can image me and many others are afraid theyre wasting their time with this product
Saw palmetto is a great adjunct. I don't think it's going regrow anybody's hair if the just saw palmetto. It should be used alongside other products and topicals. That clinical study was a reference and you can look up that study and see if there's any photos.

"I would never rely upon just essential oils to regrow your hair"
So what are you exactly implying here? All the other approaches like diet, lifestyle changes etc? Very informative but this is kind of confusing for people like me, who buy and use your companys products, with success. This sends mixed signals.
Understood. What I'm simply saying is that essential oils by themselves are not going to solve your problem the vast majority of the time. Combine them with a topical like Foligrowth serum that has essential oils plus other active to control other reasons for hair loss like DHT or nutrition. also be sure to handle the internal aspects of hair loss. I get questions all the time if Rosemary oil alone will regrow hair and that is the question that I'm predominantly answering in this video.
@@WilliamGaunitzTrichologist I see! Thanks. Yes, I use other Advanced Trich products internally (DHT blocker) in addition to topicals.

Hi dr
Where is located your clinic ?!
i just recently turned 18 and i am facing to much hairloss can i use rosemarry oil plz answer me?
I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with hair loss at 18-that can definitely be stressful. Yes, you can absolutely use **rosemary oil** as a natural option to help with hair loss! 🌿 Rosemary oil is known for its ability to improve circulation to the scalp, which can promote hair growth. Some studies even suggest it may work similarly to **minoxidil** in certain cases.
Here’s how you can use it:

Great video
Wasnt rosemary oil proven to be a DHT blocker? Doesnt really correlate with your statement that it doesnt do anything against dht
So yes, rosemary oil **can** help with DHT, but it's important to have realistic expectations and, if needed, combine it with other treatments for the best results.

Lost hair for 10 , 20 years ,,, nothing can help 😂😂 not even 100% minoxidil ...
Here are a few things you could consider:
