Pathetic Rattling and squeaking Škoda Kushaq 1.0 Ambition AT bought on Jan 15 2022

- Many members have said there are no issues in the Kushaq. These people are intimidating owners who are facing issues in the car stating that we are just trying to gain popularity by making fake videos and gather views.
This is my testimony regarding my personal car which has these rattles and squeaking.
The dealer has said that Škoda has not acknowledged these issues and gave not provided any resolution for the same.
Such a pathetic response.
All owners are requested to file a formal complaint.

I’m also facing same issue. After two time maintenance at workshop, the sound exists. We will file complaint to skoda India.

Skoda acknowledged and got it sorted via the dealer ‘JMD’ in Mumbai

I have same problem the service center put some anti friction tape but it is a temporary fix and door rattles a lot on uneven roads.
I’m facing same issues and its so annoying. It’s only 20 days old car. The car is otherwise fantastic. Please help me. How did you resolve this problem?!
yes my January 2023 purchased slavia also has rattling noise issue from side dashboard. Nd i think the material they used is cheap.
As compared to my 2012 vento which is 230000 km done has zero rattling noise till now!
other problems
1. brake noise sometimes
2. back camera sometimes don’t work
3. power issue in 1.0 tsi. power lag
4. on high volume music doors start shaking noise
But looks are good. nd car is comfortable but quality is not expected as brand name.
I think skoda nd vw now lowered their quality nd make their platform same as hyundai nd maruti. So now these are not superior brands. nd service is extremely bad
Hi guys.. I can give u a small tip.. may be that can solve ur problem.. the sound may due to the part are not in proper dimensions on snap..
U can use a simple paper tape on all snaps nd fix it.. that may solve ur problem..u can ask skoda service team to do so..
I have the kushaq 1.5 which is 4 months old, I am getting a squeaking noise from the AC vents and its turning bad, The funny part is the Service Centre folks are saying its operational noise. The screeching sound is very evident even though they are negligent on giving a solution, Visited Palace Skoda Mysore thrice but the way they responded is really worst.

These small rattles and squeaks can really ruin your driving pleasure, I am buying this car and I am nervous seeing this, it will be very irritating.

@@vishaldids Last minute I changed to Skoda Slavia and there is no squeaks or rattles, I drive on good roads, so no issues, car is great!! No complains vs City or Verna, Slavia feels upclass

Same problem in vW Taigun car doors..disappointed with vW company for not responding to customers and addressing the issue.

It's really sad on the part of skoda that they don't want to acknowledge the problem at all. It's not a cheap car where one accepts some shortcomings. It is also not only about resolving the issue but also pertains to the lacunae in the quality checks.
First of all I'm not a spammer. I am a engineer in Samsung. I got my car delivered on 1st January. On 7th it underwent complete breakdown. Pathetic car reliability. Please choose wisely and never choose Skoda. Car dealer has straight forward told me that I can not be replaced. Skoda customer care never responds.
I got the same car 15 days ago. The dealer assured me this problem is solved & I’m so happy that I bought this car. There is no rattling noise in my car I have been looking for it for everyday.
You shouldn’t have bought a new car which is not even updated once. Although Skoda has not released any official new version, but these problems have been sorted out after the 1st year.

The infotainment system is not working properly, there is problem with the speakers, the speedometer light doesn’t work it dims automatically while driving, even there is problem with Bluetooth connectivity and apple carplay too… so onnn
We have been complaining to the dealer since the first week itself from the day we got the car and now it’s been almost 3 months but nothing is done yet…
Pathetic service by the dealer and the workshop people..

I have Kushaq style as well. I'm from pune. It was making same noise. When I told them they applied some spray but the issue was not resolved. But they replaced the rubber from the door. They changed 4 other things as well by their own. Which was good. There is this noise from dashboard when pushed in my car as well.

Dashboard noise is still there but reduced as they have applied tapes
Buy a Hyundai next time if you want better interiors and after sales. -CBU Kodiak 2017 user. Plastics started falling apart in week one itself. Nothing to do with Indian build quality.
Any options to install a dash cam in skoda vehicles without voiding the warranty? anybody ? (not the one which Skoda sells a cheap Blaupunk)

My car was attended by JMD Skoda Mumbai and they sorted most of the issues. I will be posting the video soon.

@@ojaskulkarni9351 Ac cooling takes a while but once its done, it maintains the cabin coolness.

Skoda should look into this matter as it's known for build quality... It is sure quality has gown down after Indian manufacturing
forget these simple issues and enjoy the drive of Kushaq. what a stability on highways. there are more + p[oints than -ve points.
If we are paying this much amount we deserve full experience. These simples things are also pathetic thing and questions the fit and finish of the car which ruins the experience

Sorry to say I hv no problem with this type of ratling. I am completely fine driving except when I reverse and breaking I am getting a funny sound.
many owners had several issues but the dealers are working to resolve it. I am in a group of 200 owners and most of them had some niggles. Lucky you!
Hi, have the service center solved the issue of dashboard plastic squeaking? Also, my ac doesn't work in bumper to bumper traffic.. any solution for that?
Which part of India you are? AC issues reported mainly in northern India

What company will acknowledge? They made it knowingly thinking that indian’s prefer noisy cabin as cars they made in past was of great quality but no one was buying them too, so they made a maruti like car 😮

I was planning to book one. After seeing this video, I am in dilemma.
This is not there in new skoda it is already fixed after march units… i have taken the test drive yesterday itself 😀
forget these simple issues and you will enjoy the drive and what a stability of car on highways. engine is also very smooth and you will love the car except for small issues which you can live with it.
I have a topline slavia, many many noises! Fucking squeaky noises all the time.
Looking at this video it clearly shows there is a manufacturing defect, which the company only will able to resolve & not the service centre

Did you check the replies and other messages before posting a ‘hey i know it all message “. If not then kindly do. Skoda not only acknowledged the issues but also got them sorted through their dealers. If you think you are over the manufacturer of the vehicle then i have nothing to say

I feel happy tht i wont spend on these for quality 😄 interiors quality is good but these interiors quality is given by tata also in half price..but i m baleno owner negligible sound coming from baleno after pressing like this 😄isiliye khte don't mess with po or u will loose ur quality also like skoda makes prices lesser to compete with low companies and now customer dissatisfaction increases becoz they not giving tht quality ..
Skoda not acknowledging the problems? Well this is how companies end up leaving India.
Press it roof u will feel it's maruti roof this issue can't be solved by dealers 😄
