I have driven it for 10000 km in 10 months in all types of terrain Highway, hills, city. Did long tours such as Delhi to Mumbai.

Monte carlo is very good looking car. But its little pricey so I couldn’t afford it.
Mahabaleshwar is not very steep hill. Small hatchback can also climb easily. Please do not exaggerate
Very surprising but this mans wife is actually very smarter coz she insisted to buy Kushaq despite he likes to play with toy like seltos, just bcoz as per him for premium interiors ( i dont know who makes more premium interiors than VW Skoda😅though)

True, and thanks to her I bought this car.
Interiors and few body parts are sourced from Indian vendors so may be slight quality difference. but apart from that remaining parts are as per Skoda standards. so no worries. Skoda- VW doesn't provide much features like other cars, but driving experience, handling, 40 safety feature, stability, and at high speed( even at 170km) no other cars in this segment have. No tiredness even after many hours of continuous driving.

Abhi mein skoda kylaq ya to skoda kusaq faclift 1ltr turbo montecarlo lene ka plan hai. Mujhe app ki video bahut achi lagi ,app batayeye skoda kylaq ya skoda kusaq 1ltr turbo montecarlo jo abhi faclift ayegi dono mein kaun sa better choice hoga
Better do a test drive on high ways with 1.5L engine, u will like it. 1L is a 3 cylinder engine and its may have more vibration, heat and more maintenance later. 1.5L engine is a 4 cylinder comes with ACT active cylinder technology to improve mileage. Mileage wise 1.5L gives u 8 to 12 Km in city drive and highways 16 to 19 km. I am driving 1.5L , drive experience is super. Later u may regret again not buying 1.5L.
If you are planning to upgrade from Magnite to Kushaq pe jana jyada sensible hoga. As kylaq almost Magnite ke segment ki hogi. Baki test drive leke dekhna dono ka.👍🏻

I have confusion b/w skoda 1.5 vs xuv700 , though both are from different segment but I am ok with this fact. The main issue With skoda I heard are - ac, back seat comfort and only 4 people seating
Ac is okay, back seat comfort is also ok. But yes only 4 people can sit comfortably.
I will suggest go with XUV700.

XUV 700 is a very good car but comparatively a bigger one. This one is better for a small family and better for City traffic. built quality and safety none can beat Kushaq.

Ac performance is good no issue.👍🏻
I have manual 1.0 tsi. AC is good only, rear vents are bit small so you may need to lower the temperature and increase fan speed to cool the rear of the car. It takes bit more time to cool the car and that's because it's body is not made of fiber.

Kylaq is getting launched with same 1L engine, which will surely bring down the price of Kushaq 1L. So, prefer buying in Jan/Feb.
I am a Kushaq buyer, one issue i always faces while driving is that AC cluster can be somewhat manual, it is very annoying clicking AC cluster buttons while driving, need to stop every time in order to adjust the settings and one more thing in Ambition version they can give bluetooth connectivity for Android Auto with cars in this segment value.
But apart from that 1 lt engine is very impressive compared to other cars, and the most prominant feature is you will not feel fatigue while driving, amazing driving experience.
your all observations are correct.
AC panel makes you distracted while adjusting temperature or blower speed.
and i also wish to have wireless android, Apple car play.
Even i did few long drives and it is very comfortable for those.
how do you feel about turbo lag?
@@Gypsysoulindia13 Yeah there is lag while switching from lower gears, but it is obvious for turbo engines, but these engines picks up once it reaches 2000+ rpm

Kushaq is compact SUC and salavia is sedan. Sedan will offer better driving experience, better space, and slavia has good ground clearance too. However test drive both and them decide.
After sales is good and maintenance is also not very high. You need to service your car once in a year.

Yes it offers with top model
Ventilated seat is offered in style(top model) variant. And suspension are in middle neither too stiff nor too soft.
They offer comfortable ride but you doo feel sharp bumps. And on corner you do get confidence.

I am planing to buy either kushaq or taigun, which one is better my confusion is because of kushaq suspension for rear seating passengers feels more comfortable and better than taigun, is it really the case?
They are 95% same in almost all aspect except looks
5% different in suspension is kushaq is 5% more comfortable and taigus is 5% more sporty.

3 adults on back seat will not be comfortable.
Specially for long rides.
You can adjust if you want for short rides.
Not comfortable for 3 adults

Which one is better in 1.5 turbo - VW Taigun vs Skoda Kushaq automatic?
Both are almost similar 90%.
Only difference is looks and
Taigun is little sporty
And kushaq is liitle more comfortable.

Suspension are good and comfortable. On bad roads they work good but you will feel sharp bumps.✌🏻
suspensions are good for high speed stability
They are not good for rough roads.Even nexon suspension is better in bad roads but in roads where you can go fast the stability of kushaq is unmatchable

I bought a skoda kushaq and I have two problems:
1. After starting, as soon as you release the brake, it picks high speed and you have to apply brakes again to control it.
2. It's average was around 5km/lit. I sent it to their workshop. They did the 'tuning' free of cost, but still the mileage is around 7 to 8.
What do you suggest?
In beginning even my car gave mileage of 7-9 but as your car runs, it increases and after 1 st service its starts to give really good mileage.
I get in mumbai city 12-13 with ac.
On highway 17-18.
But mileage mostly depends on your driving style.
I am getting 15kmpl 1.5automatic

When and Where in Mumbai did you buy your car from? Bcoz the showroom I visited said that they give on 3 kms of test drive. Plus you said they gave you 1.25 lacs of discount. I am being only offered 30k 😅
I bought last year in august 2023 from mody skoda worli.
I had some connections which i used to get this much discount.
Also i was in talk with dealers in ghatkopar and thane.
Thane dealer was offering even more discount but due to long distance i finally bought from worli.
If you want i can share details of sales person, they will definitely offer better deal.

Venue diesel will give better mileage while backseat has less legroom. Also hyundai has better after sale service.
Kushaq has better build quality.
Drive both cars then decide.

well inside story is only vw will leave india but it is still on hold and skoda will stay.. for vw it is successful in lots of markets in the world but for skoda india is 3rd largest market.. so they are looking for local partner and skoda is planning sub 4 meter car and not vw for the same reason..

@@Gypsysoulindia13 Suspension issue which they were not able to solve despite multiple visits,they changed the gearbox when clutch was getting hard while running and then also the clutch was not performing well.They had my car in inspection for more than 20 days with no update.They were not able to track the fault which after market mechanics did.
There are hundreds of customers with slavia and kushaq facing too early clutch failure issues.Twitter and Linkedin is full of such case studies.

I have not faced rattling noise.
It was issue with starting batch, now skoda has rectified it.
