I am just facing this problem for the last 2 days, and randomly reached Google for a solution and saw this video nice work I'll do it right away tomorrow.
I knew it was a squeaking noise between metal and rubber. Not a rattling noise.

Sir yeh aavaz jo hai woh dashboard ke plastic mein se aa rhi ho aisa nahi lagta? Even I have it in my Virtus GT and I am confused whether it is the beading or the plastic of the dashboard
Yes. Dashboard makes very irritating creeping noise. Not only dashboard but from roof also it is coming
Hi sir. I own a Škoda Kushaq 1.5 , I have similar noise but from handbrake lever. It rattles. Any similar solution for this?
No concrete solution till now by service center, need to do some DIY thing

Sometimes I feel there is some noise. In one winter morning the noise was so loud, i got surprised

It worked for some people. For me it got minimised upto 95%

It’s available in aftermarket shops, not available in VW genuine accessories
This is not a permanent fix. You will realise after a few months. Real problem is inside door.
The previous solutions didn’t last even 2 days. This is working for me for last 10 days and my friend for more than 30days. Let’s see if it reoccurs, will post update on it with its next solution if it happens
Yes this is not permanent fix after 20 days this noise will occure frequently
Did you contact your service centre after that?
@@DirectShift service center guys will only put tape. They don't want to work on a free item for hours. Escalate to vw care and see the magic. They will even pick up your car and fix it
We are not bothered whether they use tape or replace doors, our issues should be resolved. If your issue still persists write directly to VW. SC guys ignore complaints sometime

this is not permanent fix bro.. many have same sound after fixing this tape also..
For so many owners it’s working and same happened with me. So shared my experience so that it will help those people who haven’t got any solution till now.
But in my car even after the tape was applied ,the noise is still there after a short brake
Yes. For some it still persists. It depends upon the door beading version. In my case, it resolved approx 95%.

I am talking about the door beading that can be replaced in SC FREE of cost, but chances are more those guys make scratches to the car. So better ignore it unless until any proper solution comes from VW
I have same problem with my Kushaq the service center put some anti friction tape but it is a temporary fix and door rattles a lot on uneven roads. Will replacing the door beading resolve it permanently?
The window also makes noise while scrolling.. did anyone having the same
Yes, it makes more noise than a normal slide.
Keep two water melons against that door & that is back.
Lean your self on the door & it behaves like an old tin box with a dhub & dum.
