A very good tip Sir. I live in Vienna. If I may ask, where you required to ask Vienna Airport to make your video? Im asking just because I was interested in making similiar videos
It will be our first time visiting Vienna. We will be traveling during the first week of December. Is it realistic to plan to walk from the? Mitte. Station to our hotel, the Capricorno?
It’s walkable! Or if weather not great 1 stop on the U-Bahn from Mitte which is covered with your ticket from the airport! Enjoy Vienna one of my favourites… do take a tram ride around “The Ring” at night to see the building lit up.
The buses cost €10.50 and you cannot use the ticket to continue on other public transport in Vienna. Every 30 minutes a Railjet leaves from the airport to the main train station (and then to other cities) for €4.50 and you can continue on with other public transport such as the subway, tram or bus without paying for another ticket. The ticket for REX or S7 also cost € 4.50 and allow you to continue on public transport.
Very useful video for me since currently I am spending the weekend in Vienna, and staying at an airport hotel.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you. I'll follow your instructions this Thursday 😊😊
Have fun 👍
Very useful facts with no extra fluff - top marks
Glad you think so!
Thank you for the help 🙂
Happy to help

No didn’t ask.
Thank you! Just one question: the ticket is also valid for the metro or do I have to buy another ticket once I reach Vienna Hbf?
Tickets valid to Central Vienna…

@@DiscoverByRail thank you
Great advice. Any tips on Berlin by train please.
Coming soon!
Cityjet by now is the best for regional trains, for me. Hopefully I can find a better type
Happy travels in Austria 👍
So much easier to take one of the direct airport busses... every half an hour to and from Schwedenplatz, Hauptbahnhof etc..
I’m all about the trains 🤓
