    Lost 5kg and fitness is up so much thanks to this channel. Doing it on a cheap spin bike just copying the knees of the guests for cadence. Love this channel ❤️

    Really enjoyed this sesssion. I like Manon talking throughout as it gives something additional to focus on to pass the time - wish the others had joined in a bit more! Thanks for the uninterrupted longer sessions - would love more of these!

    Yesterday I did this as my first GCN hosted training session.
    Even though I don't currently have a smart trainer and gauging my effort level was a bit problematic,
    the workout was easy to follow along thanks to Mano's guidance and I managed to have a very solid workout.
    So Thank You for keeping me company and I will most certainly attend to another class of yours!

    I have an Echelon Connect Sport spin bike. My 0 exertion at 80BPM was at gear 18. Each gear was worth one, so my perceived effort of 10 was gear 28. This was awesome. Mixed in with my GCN 20 HIIT workouts, I'm getting the best of both long and short routes whilst living through another Canadian winter. You guys rock. Cheers for everything you do.

    Just did this one for the first time. Great session! More like this please. Longer with deadly intervals. That 8/10 after the max efforts is a beauty!

    Motivating session. I was a real fan of good old sessions by good ol Matthew Stephens. Mannon is really on par with his sessions (if not a little better). Love that you slightly change the hard efforts between 8,9 and 10. keeps me forgetting that I’m in the hurt locker and keeps me pushing harder.

    This was my 1st GCN session. I'm unable to do any other form of exercise due to neurological conditions, so I use this as Rehab and physio. This was savage and the burn was mental. Definitely helping my endurance.

    Likewise, I absolutely love this length and variety of efforts. I do most of my riding in the hills of Pennsylvania and Virginia, and this is super training. One question, Manon, where was your towel!

    Loved this workout. As you said, you think the 10/10 would be the hardest part, but it's the 8/10 right after that is the stinger. Thanks for the great session!
