    I am STILL doing this year after year - it's still the best synergy of inspiration, music and choreography. I've done 100's of spin classes in person over the years and enjoyed being pushed by some seriously inspiring leaders - but nothing online has been as good as this one class. It even got me fit again after battling stage 4 cancer and massive back surgery. A totally inspiring session with a fun group and a motivating leader. His evocation of actual road riding is especially appreciated - I can picture some of my favourite strava segments as I'm doing some of these intervals. And if I'm perfectly honest - I've occasionally heard Paul's exhortations while I'm out road riding! Thanks so much for this - it's an incredibly valuable and appreciated session!

    We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

    Just want to say Thank you, Paul. This was an excellent workout for me. I am 49y.o. AA woman. I recently purchased a Bowflex bike, thus graduating from a bike I had for several years. Today I experienced the real, positive effects of the workout. I am just back into working out and I've been consistent with GCN videos for about a month now, but now due to COVID-19 I am inside and can therefore, get better acquainted with cycling, exercise and eating in order to get healthy.     I’ve used this video before an for te las t mont , I’ve done it like never before. I think this is the greatest video out there for home cycling. Te instructor is reading your mind every step of the way.

    3rd week of doing these three times a week. Using my road bike on a turbo trainer so working out the resistance can be tricky. Really enjoy it. It staves off the menopausal fat! 🤣 Nice one Paul 👍

    can't believe i finished this 45 min exercise on my 4th day. the first 3 days i exercise for only 20 mins. this is so hard but i feel sooo great after the workout. please keep on posting more 45min workout

    Quickest 45 mins. This my favorite instructor hands down. The workouts are hard but he makes it so much fun you don’t even realize the time lol and he push yourself so hard.

    Just did this workout. First time on a YT spin ride. Love the on-screen graphics and good coaching.
    Minor piece of feedback is that it would be awesome to see a visual that represents the RPM range you should be in at given point in the ride. I know it comes up occasionally, but more reinforcement along the way would be a bonus.

    Awesome, I love it! After a long time, I returned to my spinning classes. I ended up buying my own spinning bike and started to do your exercises. I started with the 20-minute ones and today I was able to finish this 45-minute training. Thank you for these awesome videos!

    I'm a beginner, early intermediate spin bike user and this workout abused me. Blew through my heart rate limit, really enjoyed the workout and look forward to completing with something left in the tank.

    Great workout! During this lockdown period I have been making a 3x times per week cycle between Paul's 3 diferent workouts.
    It's a shame he only did 3 versions for GCN.
    So far... so good! And loving it!

    My gym got new spin bikes and bought one of their old ones for $100. Love using it with these cycling vids. I still prefer riding outdoors, but is a great alternative when winter gets too cold.
