2009 Nissan Maxima does not crank

This vehicle died while driven by the owner. it refuses to crank or start afterwards. We were called to diagnose the issue after a locksmith and a mechanic tried their luck.

Check your the brake switches they're suppose to change when pressing the brake it's common

Good point, however this one is working as it shows in live data when I press the brake the data changes

Steering lock Fault

Steering lock could be one of the sometimes

I thought it would be that but no according to the live data. It's also unlocked.

Big issue on the older altimas I install emulators on them all the time. New key would probably fix the issue and if key fails to program try a different slot module. I always keep and extra in my van in case car has defective one.
