That Data Pid is interesting. Thanks for sharing! I always check registered keys because I have had the same thing happen to me. It seems that when there are zero keys registered, it puts it in a mode to turn ignition on when it's not a registered key.
Great work infact i am working on s nissan murano 2009 someone already messed it up no a single module belongs to the car 😅..hopefully will manage with it..cheers a good luck bro
Alway easy fix after you figure it out 😀 Had a 2021 silverado lost vin and data in ecm after battery swap. No crank plus no anti theft lights on dash. IC would just cut out upon crank. New ecm sps2 program ($50 to gm) immo learn crank learn GTG. 1hr techconnect to find a rerouted method to program. Wouldn't program normally. 5 min mark would cutout. Not sure if vehicle issue or sps2 software issue.
my main reason to comment is that we all need to learn to change batteries on late-model vehicles without removing power from the vehicle, we can use a jump pack or a special setup in the CIG LIGHTER, etc. We also need to learn to jump-start a vehicle after it has had a bit more time to allow good power over to the dead battery and not just jump it immediately, lots of modules getting fried for doing what Grandpa used to do with no problems at all. I remember a small pair of jumper cables, putting both cables on the POS terminal, and parking the 2 vehicles so the metal bumpers touched for the ground contacts. SPS was junk that is why they went to SPS2, still junk.
I am only a few minutes in and I can already see a pattern. I also see you are a tool junky LOL ( I would not know another one of them)🤣😂 Anyway, it looks like the so called locksmith was trying to program a key and made it to the part where all keys are erased but failed after that to add the key. like I said I am only a few minutes into the video. Also I found that erasing codes in the BCM before attempting to program a key is always a good idea!! Yes, I know the process of adding will do it as well but I had instances where it refused to add a key using the automated way whereas it would work after I cleared codes first. Not to mention I want to know what the code is about anyway.
Sure car wasnt stolen? How could the car be driving and then die all of the sudden if there never any key... just an observation but very interesting video and analysis.

You did not miss that information on Part 1, you just did not understand it, and it seems as though you still do not understand it because you did not read up about it in the Service Info, please check those PIDs on the next NISSAN that you get with this IMMO System and come back here to post a comment of what you found. The car cannot lock down when a bad key is inside the car, some folks carry more than one car key in the pocket of another Nissan maybe so IMMO cannot be triggered because of a wrong/bad/different car key proximity. Some cars require 2 keys minimum so going to look at that info should be very high on the list of things to look at and in this case, you would have seen 0. Did you get the info from the shop that a key was already tried to have been programmed before the job started? If not, I am going to charge more for not giving me all the proper information as this is now a new and separate job after wasting time on the first video regardless if I know those 2 PIDS or not. Scanner Danner says we get paid to learn, to research, and to test because we cannot be expected to remember everything on every car especially when we never dealt with that exact issue before. BIG SIGN in the shop, we charge by the hour, if you forgot to tell us some very important information while you are here including the recent HISTORY of other maintenance that somebody might have made a mistake or broke something, you better call us on the phone as soon as you remember or we are going to charge by the hour to figure it out on our own, and consider that a new job with all new fees, cheers. If all history is not in the glove box with receipts (copies), shame on you LADY. Another one of your awesome videos is marked in GREEN in my Library, top drawer, thanks for many great videos.

That's what I think also. I would expect the system to at least trigger an immo light or register a code so techs understand what's going on.
Perfect diagnostic
👌
Superb👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for sharing BRO👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks brother.

Can you call me please? I think I am going through a similar case on a 2023 trailblazer.
