When I started working out, I did not use to get sore feeling in my muscles even though I was lifting heavy as per my ability But as soon as I started supersets my muscles went crazy and started getting extreme pump after the workouts

Am following lean mode now. I have been going to gym since 1 yr, but like Guru Mann mentioned in the above video, my body was in plateau n no shock was going so I was stuck at the same weight. Just been 2 weeks for Lean mode, but i can feel the difference in weight that I used to lift.
