      Ride with SidK Look bro this is not rocket science seriously All you have to do is eat right and workout whenever you can and supplement with any whey protein and then eat right again and go to sleep you need 8 hour sleep most cuz your body grows when you sleep so by doing all this you are definitely going to grow and by the way there is no supplements that gives you whatever you're looking for

    Sir i think lowering the water retention is not good option...i mean each guy must drink 2-3L of water everyday , so to gain vascularity, just lowering of body fat must be done!!
