    This was exactly what I needed today. I was feeling restless and stressed on a 9 hour train ride, but I was able to do this short practice, and it's helped me recenter. Thanks!

      Happy to hear it helped!)) I was also on the road for more than 12 hours yesterday and did a few of these short "yoga breaks")) sometimes as as little as 5 min is all you need))

      you can practice as much as you like and feel the need to)) there are no exact prescriptions how much you should practice))
