I own the basic model. I upgraded the memory by using a third party caddy system but I could not clone the original drive. So, I brought it to the apple store for assistance. Upon carrying it, a strap I was using snapped and it crashed to the floor. When I got to the apple store, I worried it would not operate. No problem. Built like a tank. Just like to old cheese grater.
