Hey really love the video only one issue, when you check the temperature of the drink you don’t want to touch the bottom of the cup it gives you an inaccurate reading, also you have to use different cups since the temp will already be elevated. But besides that the attention to detail and explanation in the video is amazing Loved every second and it help me make a choice in purchasing a kuerig.

192 degrees was the hot setting on the old machines, interesting. Nice review!

The only thing that interests me is the hottest setting, otherwise scheduling a coffee for a K-cup seems a little much as it takes 2 seconds to put a pod into the machine, and all the wi-fi stuff with brew ID is really a waste of time - they are trying to copy Nespresso for their speciality pods (this is a waste).... Thanks for this review!!

Take the red ring out of the My Kcup on these machines as otherwise, it blocks 4 of your 5 multistream holes.
I used to use a Keurig machine to brew loose leaf tea using their My K-Cup, I then switched to the Breville Tea Maker which brews tea to perfection but I don't like how it takes 5 minutes or more to make a cup. The temperature and strength settings on this Keurig should allow it to be customized to do almost any type of tea from black to green to herbal which all require different brew temperatures and times so I'm going to get this one. I can't wait to be able to get a cup of tea in 1-2 minutes instead of 5+.

Thanks Robert and honestly using the smart versus the one that's not smart the K Supreme Plus they both make good coffee if you want it hotter I think the smart can help out with that a little bit

Have the K-Supreme Plus and first descale; the unit will not power on. It seems like there is an ongoing issue with this unit. It worked fine for a while and the descale light came on. I kept using the brewer with the descale light on because we have whole house filtered water I decided to purchase the Keurig Descale kit and followed all directions but unit just shut off and will not come back on. It seems that is an internal thermal reset switch that once pushed will allow the unit to brew again but it is tough to get into.
But why does it make the hum noise when the lid is open I'm wondering if I should take it back.
That’s normal, it should stop around 45 seconds

Really nice and detailed review. Could you please let me know the power rating / consumption of this Keurig K Supreme Plus SMART equipment? Thanks. I'm trying to use this in a 220V ecosystem in India, with a suitable step-down transformer.
The only thing I do know is that can use up to 1400 Watts but I would contact Keurig for more information I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help
If the Kcups are the same size, how do they get 12 oz coffee out of a 2 tablespoon amount of coffee designed for a 6oz cup?
My recommended brew does not come up on my screen. Brew ID and everything else works. I have to make my selections manually.

@@TechMadeEzy Yes. They are telling me it has something to do with the latest update to the machine. They’re are suppose to look into it further and get back with me. I love the machine. But if it suppose to have this feature, I want it.

Honestly I'd also recommend the plus without the smart, works fine also.
I’m trying to make a coffee at my clients house who has this machine and I cannot get to work at all. Just keeps saying “please wait” so I can’t brew a cup at all
Normally all you have to do is out the k cup in then the sizes flash, click the size the hit the K to brew.
So you can’t use Siri?

Until a few days ago I absolutely enjoyed it however one morning it shut off and I can’t get it to come back on I would like to purchase another one after returning this one but I’m curious is this all too common? I really hope that you get back to me PS enjoy all your videos

Why doesn’t KEURIG make the all in one piece, because over time(like a month or two), it begins to separate!

I actually got this unit today. Everything works but the recommended brew button. It does not show on the screen the recommended brew. I have to do it manually. Is it something I can do about this?
Hi congrats! That really depends on what k cups you’re using. Not all brand support that. I believe it Hass to have a QR code on the top.
@@TechMadeEzy I ‘m using the Green Mountain Dark Magic K-Pod. It has the QR code on the front, and I’m still getting the same results. Brew ID works, but no recommendation.
@@TechMadeEzy The recommendation button is on , but so is all the different size cups. I have to put in my choice manually. I don’t know whether a recent update changed this.

Can you use store brand k cups?
I've used Warehouse brands the only difference is it won't be able to read the cup because they won't be a QR code but it will actually make a cup of coffee so that works
I'm assuming this new one is much better than the k elite?
I have the new Smart Version it’s OK I’ve had some people tell me they love the K Elite.
@@TechMadeEzy which do you prefer? I love that the plus smart has more cups, strength level, and hot level. Still debating on which one to buy either k elite or smart plus, price difference isn't too big of a deal for me.
The plus definitely because I can have it brew for me in the morning and it has more strength settings

The QR code reader identifies what brand and flavor of coffee you have in your K cup to brew it at the best optimum.
