Just found you. You have answered some of my questions. It seems the water is hot after brewing, but, after 1 or 2 minutes the temperature cools to almost warm and I have to reheat in microwave. I have coffee in morning the rest of day tea..

Have a Keurig stainless model, decayed using keurug product, will use vinegar next. Machine showed 256. Question I am a senior, proud I could do it, but love Keurig mocha latte, makes a mess
Chocolate all over the place. I DO WAIT AFTER BREW and hold K cup over brew to throw away, I just learned 2 run a brew just water, use Poland spring water are the pods ruining this machine.

I have a suggestion for a future video. It would be cool to do a test to see how the different strength/temperature settings affect the taste of the coffee [As a bonus, maybe experiment with different roasts as well]. I've enjoyed my K-Supreme Smart for almost a month and have enjoyed it, I've used it pretty much every day. Sometimes though, it's hard to determine if I should stick to the recommended brew or change the settings.

Thank you for all the information. Your video’s have me into a good habit of taking out my k-cups after using one and doing a weekly water rinse now. I’m still waiting for my first ever descale mode to light up. Not really looking forward to the process. I’m guessing I have until the beginning of March when that light will come on.

Love your vids!! I have a K duo and for the LIFE of me I can’t get the descale light to go off! I spent a whole afternoon trying stuff I’ve seen in ur vids whether it’s the Keurig solution or white vinegar and nothing! Any tips?
Maybe let the vinegar soak in the machine for a couple hours.

Do you have a video on the best reusable K-Cup (other than My K-Cup) for the Supreme? I am having great difficulty finding one that allows the coffee machine lid to close all the way.
I have an older B40 Keurig. The water pump fills a heating reservoir only. The air pump is what pushes the heated water to the cup to make coffee. On these more compact units, I’m curious if they heat the water on the fly. How does it keep up, with larger heaters, or a smaller pump?
The problem with using too pure of water (distilled, RO, deionized), is that the machine is using a conductivity sensor for a level sensor (the 2 probes sticking into the reservoir). If the water is too pure, it won’t conduct electricity well enough for the sensors to work.

Just got a supreme plus and it makes the most watery coffee ever, even on the strongest setting. 🤷🏻♂️ It’s worse then our old one that’s 5 years old and only has 1 needle. I’ve noticed the first few seconds of the brew comes out almost clear water. I haven’t even gotten to the notorious descale issue yet since the machine is only a week old. I’ve been using another cup to catch the first part of the brew and then switching in another mug fast lol but I may have to just return it because that’s ridiculous. Any other ideas or tips on why it’s so watery? Thanks 🙏🏽😊
With the power off, hold the "k" button and the 12 oz button at the same time. Hold for about 10 seconds, and it will purge. you won't have to waste 4 oz or more of water. The longer you hold the button, the more water you'll use.
I have not seen in any of your videos if you have covered when the Keurig K supreme plus smart Brewer has water in the reservoir but will say add water. I have had my unit for about a month now and this has been ongoing for the last week or so.

Even if you use bottled water is it helpful to keep the charcoal filter installed?
probably not but it can't hurt
What about the descale light constantly flashing even after descaling and later level brewing is less than 2 oz whether descaling or coffee.
This could be a known issue Keurig has with this model of Keurig. I would call Keurig Customer Care at 866-901-2739. I have had other viewers with the same thing.
How do you know what altitude you are at?
Just google your town name and what elevation above sea level it is. it will be in feet and if you are around, 5,000 ft then I would put it into High Altitude mode.
So many nightmare reviews from the Supreme models - I'm nervous to buy one. Has anyone had positives that far outweigh the negatives?
Most people love them, they do have some issues but they are a great coffee maker, The one problem was the thermostat tripping but you can reset it by opening it up.
No mention of all the plastic K-cup waste going into U.S. landfills. A simple pour-over cone makes better coffee--you can control the strength of the brew--with minimal waste, and none of it plastic. This machine never should have been invented; even the inventor himself regrets having designed it.
