    I have been doing facial exercises for about 8 years and it definitely works. I could see the diffetence o my drivers license photo and people that have not seen me for a year or two also give a positive comment.

    I learned all these facial exercises from my mother 30 years ago, she is now 88 years old and looks good for her age. And by the way, when I show my daughter these facial exercises she cracks up and thinks I look funny.

      I just started using flax oil gel. You just get paid seed put in some water and boil. Turn it down till it gets kind of thick. Strain of from seeds in clean jar. Keeps in frig for a month. I use it after washing my face. Just wipe out all over my face. Takes about 15 min. Rinse off in warm water finish with cool. Inflammation will immediately go away.

      I have a book from the airlines I bought as a teenager....isometric exercises. Inside are mouth exercises. Say each of the vowels really exaggerated and drawn out & stretch your mouth as you say them.

    I always heard that puckering lips creates those ugly little lines over the upper lips, That is why smokers usually have a lot of lip lines. They say that even drinking through a straw too much can cause them. Some of these exercises call for puckering, so I'm confused! I don't have any lip lines & don't want to create any.

      Smokers deplete oxygen from the body as well as vitamin c. That is the reason for the wrinkles, not puckering.

      @@venusnode6 True, but some have a mass of tiny vertical lines around the lips that would occur as they are puffing away on their cancer sticks. After a while those lines become permanent.

    Before I was 30 years old I had those dreaded "11s" between my eyebrows. Long story short, I bought a book that taught facial exercises and was able to get rid of my "11s." Face exercise works! I have continued with face exercises but some of these exercises were new to me, so I definitely want to try them!
    By the way it was very helpful, and entertaining to watch you demonstrate each of them. Lol

      I'd love to know which exercises did you do and for how long to remove your 11s,I have the same problem and mine never went even when i did massage.thank you for sharing.

      @@malala3817 It would be better if you looked up face exercises to find a book that explains it. My book has photos to show what the exercises are suppose to look like. What is great is that some of these exercises you can do in the car, with a pair of sunglasses on. Lol
      Most of the time I do the face exercises in the morning. When I first got rid of my "11s" I did the exercises morning and night. Although it took awhile before I got rid of them, as I have kept up with these exercises the 11s have not come back, and that is over 10 years now! The exercises have also prevented wrinkles on my forehead and nasolabial folds too.
      It's not the only "tool in my toolbox" to have good skin, but I have definitely seen the ongoing benefits of doing these. And...it's FREE‼️👍😍

      @@aneelasaeed6075 Hello Aneela. The original book I purchased is now out of print. A simple search for "face exercises with photos" should be able to find something recent for you. My thin, large, soft cover booklet has pictures of what the exercise should look like and that was very helpful to learn these exercises.
      If you can learn how to do these face exercises they will make a difference to get rid of wrinkles and sagging skin not right away but over time.
      Once you purchase a book, then you can do these exercises for years to come and they are then free to do, so it is a very affordable way to improve your skin.

      I've been doing facial exercises for several years with great results. Save your money and do the exercises. You can search TH-cam for others who show you how to do different ones.
