  • Improve Digestion // Wondering how to improve digestion naturally? Try this exercise.
    This exercise is great to improve the digestion and digestive system. It is an instant relief for digestive problems. This exercise should only be done on an empty stomach, and never more than twice a day. If you're doing other exercises as well, make this the last exercise in the series.
    This exercise is done a total of 3 times at one sitting. After completing the exercise, drink 2 quarts of water, and avoid hot, spicy foods for the rest of the day.

    After 2,3 hours of meal we can do this kriya or not ?
    Single kidney patient, Thyroid & B.P patients can do this kriya or not ?

    Sorry, but does it help for diarrhoea? Or one of your other digestive exercise in this program is best?
