    I think I dislodged my joy. 😂 While doing the alternate breathing over the knees part, I had an out of body/ astral moment. I don't recall what the thoughts were and where I was, but when I came back, I wasn't sure what was going on and where I was. Thank goodness you were there still going in the video so I could ground myself back into the moment. While coming back, I had the most uncontrollable giggles and felt so much more lighthearted. I have been working through some painful and intense childhood trauma and have felt so heavy and serious, like I was broken and couldn't fully enjoy things like I really wanted to. This felt like a little golden egg was cracked inside me to finally release all the happiness that was kept safe and hidden because I was afraid someone might steal it from me, but now I can set it free because I'm strong enough to protect it from anyone. Thank you. I'm going to continue to do this one for 30 days to keep growing that joy and happiness. ❤

    Thank you so much. I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma (brain and lung) in September and am currently undergoing immunotherapy (indefinitely.) I was hospitalized with severe colitis as a side-effect of my drugs and my colon is just now recovering. This kriya has been amazing for that process. So grateful for kundalini and for finding YOU. I'll be visiting all of your videos to help me along my adventure. 🙂

    Definitely got things moving right away! I was releasing gas and that's not always the best combo with deep breathing 😷😂🤣😂
    Truly effective though...

    Thank you very much Yogigems , I have been doing kundalini yoga for over 10 years. Your kryas are very useful for staying motivated and practicing regularly. Sometimes I find them a little short, so I lengthen the exercices a little. Maybe could you offer us sessions of an hour or more from time to time ?

    Thanks a lot for everything that you do here! You're me go-to on daily basis when it comes to my practices and it's a blessing that all of your videos are here just like that within a few clicks! I do have a question, recently I've been struggling with severe stomach ache and general stomach problems that almost enables normal functioning, how do you think which kryijas I should do? These related to bowel system, metabolism or any other might be particularly helpful? I feel like I'm done with the discomfort and planning not only to take best care of nutrition but also start regular daily practices to support my healing, it would be great if you suggested and recommended anything :) thanks a lot in advance for you devotion and energy!❤

    Yogigems, how will I see the emotional release?

      Thank you, dear Ewa, bless your happy, singing belly! Emotional release shows up in many ways, differently for each of us. It can be crying or vocalising during the kriya, or it can be more subtle like a feeling of physical or energetic release. It might even show up in these ways in your daily life. Stay tuned to your emotions and trust your intuition - it's the best gauge of what's really going on. I hope that helps. Love to you ♥️

    Very joyful to do too!
    My lovely Chinese Dr that I attend for acupuncture. Advised me today to strengthen stomach & spleen.
    I don't think you have a video specifically on that but maybe one of the several digestion practices would suit.
    Could you advise which one ?

      Thank you for sharing, dear Mandy, and yes, digestive kriyas are great, with a warm-up of bending to the left, right and centre to hug the spleen, liver and stomach. I remember from a TCM talk I attended years ago that the spleen likes warm, dry environments (not ideal in Belfast in autumn!) so perhaps a trip to the sauna might support you too? Lots of love ♥️
