    at first it was painful , but minutes later it was pleasurable :)
    did some baby pose after to bend in the opposite direction a bit 😄

    My knees started to feel like they were burning in an alarming way around minute 14, so I listened to my body and stopped. It didn't provide me with any digestive relief, but I wonder if that's because what I'm dealing with is lower in the intestinal tract.

      I can't do it either. Hurts my legs too much. Is there an alternative position?

    Sat Nam 🙏 about this exercise, my lower back was painful in this position even with some support, knees are ok.. could you recommend different exercise for digestive? Thank you 💖😊
