    This is a profoundly healing and relaxing set. Truly I haven't found anything more effective in calming me down. And I am only able to do 3 minutes!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Mariya!!

    I never thought that I could break a sweat while meditating ; well..i did it today 😅and while my arms still shaking 🤦🏻‍♀️, this little gem and 15 minutes of savasana made my day! “May flowers always line your path and sunshine light your day. May songbirds serenade you every step along the way. May a rainbow run beside you in a sky that's always blue. And may happiness fill your heart each day your whole life through.” Irish blessings.     I am suffering chronic adrenal insufficienc. my adrenal gland secrete low level of cortisol
    So I can do this yoga or not
    My symptoms is low blood pressure . dizziness. . weakness .......

    Is this good for overworked adrenals ? For too much cortisol ?

      Yes, it is recommended for balancing all the hormones produced by the adrenal gland.

      It may be challenging to hold the posture for 11 mins at the beginning. Feel free to start with 3 mins or take a break when needed and slowly build up to 11 mins. Love , Mariya 🙏❤️

    Accountability I did all 3 of your series helps on a Friday night to ready myself to wind down for sleeping it’s 7:25 pm here bedtime is 10:00 pm

You have a new subscriber ( I have an another account under a different name , I don’t make comments from the new account) So definitely have keep this up Mariya so I thank you again and I’m still practicing your kryias I just am using my other account Katie Hewitt is my real name but I have another account it’s brand new and the name is definitely one that wouldn’t be associated with me and I don’t have a picture but I’m still practicing so if you don’t get updates I’m definitely still practicing I just don’t use this account much anymore ( the Katie Hewitt one here that I’m commenting from I’m not using much anymore for safety and security reasons and my other account is the one I’ll be using to practice from so I’m still here doing this practice from your series xx

      @@culpepperrebeccarc I understand it can be challenging but this is how you get all the benefits from the exercise. Feel free to rest when you need to and don't push yourself too much.
