    Thank you so much Brett I am a recovering drug addict. I have been clean for 4 months and have been doing yoga every morning for 3 months I've tried many different instructors and you are my absolute favorite! Thank you for being part of my recovery

    This was wonderful! Lately I have been practicing yin and restorative yoga trying to recover from upper respiratory infection. Holding the poses for a good length of time helped with my body pain from the infection. But, today I was inspired to practice a different flow and I came to this one. It felt so good to meditatively move my body; sat nam was so perfect. Although my mind wandered at times it is easily pulled back to sat nam and the deep nothing that I find with the mantra is so nourishing! After several days of holding poses it was a wonderful change to stand and move my body. Sat nam!

    Just want to say that I do your morning yoga and meditation every day... since January. It has really made a difference physically and mentally. Great job. Going to try this one too as I suffer from GERD.

    Hello Brett, thank you for this lovely, really calming exercise. Have you considered adding that 10 minutes of Kundalini chant at the end of the video? It would be great not to have to rise up and press stop. Actually, I think it would be ideal to add some minutes of music or just silence at the end of every yoga video in order not to be disrupted during the shavasana.

    This is the first time I've seen your dog in a video and I want more! I am traveling and suddenly constipated. I was about 5 minutes into the final savasana and I got up and went straight to the bathroom. Success!! Amazing.

    I suffer from fire in my solar plexus, sacral and root area at time. This practices soothes this area very well. My dosha is a pitta/vata, and I sometimes experience to much fire! Namaste

    Literally sitting here all morning with the worst stomach pains. Idk if its from coconut oil, flaxseed, good belly probiotics or stress because I am getting married in a few days but I feel so sick!! I look at my notifications and here it is!! Gonna give it a shot now

    My root, sacral and solar chaka areas feel SO MUCH BETTER! I eat clean 99% of the time.
    Last night I did not. I awoke with sluggish bowels, sort of an inflammatory feeling. Now that
    feeling has smoothed out and I feel much more clear. Also, I am beginning to be very
    comfortable with moving meditation. I am so happy to learn from you Sat Nam! Is there a way I can email you to talk about your private group? Thank you so much, Brett. I was so afraid of
    kundalini yoga and kriyas. I am still learning, but I am so willing to experience more. Namaste

    Ok so minor improvement on the pain. Doesnr hurt as bad. Hurts more towards my rob cage now. Have some acid in my throat now. Lots of gurgling when I did shavasana

    I suffer from colitis and IBS my system is never normal it goes from one extreme to the other. Would I be able to do this Kriya as a daily practice? Thankyou for this video xx
