      I want to try all of them. I've been making my grocery list and prune juice is now on it. Most smoothies with a banana, you only taste the banana. Would it be safe to add chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds? Not all at the same time though.

    The peaches and cream smoothie brought a question to my mind. Have you ever tried making creamy style soups using oatmeal instead actual cream?
    I really like the idea, both for the health benefits of the oatmeal and being able to freeze "creamy" soups without losing any quality during the thawing and reheating process. I would love to see what you can do with this idea!

    Love to see someone promoting prune juice and of course my favorite. I struggle with regularity so these products a staple in our home. Even my children love snacking on them. I just bought 2 bags and they lasted only 2 days. Lol. Thanks for making a video with them.

      The manner in wch Americans are allergic to everything. My conspiracy is that from birth hospitals give newborns something to make them grow allergic to certain foods oooorrrrr...... American foods are over processed causing humans reaction to certain chemical in the foods. Cos geez......

    Can you provide the macros on your smoothies. I'm pretty sure there's too much natural sugar in there for people who are low carb or diabetic, but I can't tell.

    This is interesting in all my years with my banana allergy I never thought of prunes as a replacement. I have done avocado and that’s been a pretty good substitute in smoothies.

    Just finishing up my smoothie. I added a pear for sweetness and fiber. I also added an orange, blueberries, sunflower seeds, almond milk, flax seeds, spinach and oats. I love bananas but they can be successfully omitted from smoothies.

    I can't have a lot of carbs (diabetes) and I need more protein for breakfast. I dislike "normal' breakfast foods which do not include smoothies. :) I am allergic to dairy, pork and fungi (anaphylaxis) . I never thought about veggies in a smoothie. More smoothies less carbs and more protein are great. Thanks!

    These are very different! What if you did a video on smoothie basics? I think ppl get stuck on the idea of berries, spinach, banana smoothies. Because I’ve heard of ppl using thickeners like beans, oats, xanthan gum. Liquids like herbal tea or celery juice. So what is a good smoothie consist of? What are the basics?

    I substitute my bananas with avocados and just add a bit of honey or maple syrup to sweeten it up. Great ideas! I’ll sure try them.

    I did try one of your smoothies yesterday Alyssia. It DID have a banana in it but tasted great. I think you had posted it on Facebook. It also included broccoli, grapefruit and mint. I really liked it:)

    Toooooo much music. Please eliminate. I listened to these TH-cam's at 1.75 to 2 times fast speed and the music is just really difficult to metabolize. Your videos are awesome and you don't need the music.

    I'm not allergic to banana, but banana is just such an overpowering flavor. It doesn't matter what else it's blended with, it'll always be the first and most prominent thing you taste. So, thanks for this!

    Another banana allergy family here. We don't do a lot of smoothies generally, but some wisdom teeth are coming out tomorrow, sooo I've been stressed trying to figure out alternate ways to sweeten and thicken smoothies without conflicting with our other dietary limitations. Thank you!

    I used to know a girl who claimed she hated bananas. But she loved the breakfast smoothies I made. she asked for the recipe, and I gave it to her excluding the bananas. She said her smoothies never tasted as good as mine, so I told her I put bananas in my smoothies and she was shocked. Hating banana was all in her mind 😂

    Yaaasss!! This is wonderful. I’m allergic to banana (totally sucks) and it’s tough to think of alternatives for recipes that I want to try. I’m most excited about the Chai Spice recipe. Thank you!

    Thank you! I will definitely make all of them. I like sweet smoothies but don't like the banana aftertaste. Also, why didn't I think of freezing my greens? Thanks for the tip. I can buy multiple containers at Sam's club and freeze for later use.
