      Here is some hate: stay vegan and waste a lot of water by cleaning those small bowls which you can easily avoid by using 1 bowl. Duh.

      I am afraid this is due to the fact that most if not all of the followers are women. Many of us are (sadly) easily fascinated by bright colors and cute bowls... Which is very naive. Also none of the people who comment on this section question the things Sadia says. BTW, if you read the information she wrote on calcium and additives you must know that carrageenan is classified as dangerous in countries from Europe. It is not indicated for consumption by people with certain pathologies or that are glucose intolerant. It is recommended to be avoided by all the others. I don't go into details but I sometimes put into question her knowledge as a dietetician.

    I loved them all. One of my favorites is is called the glowing skin mask
    in a smoothie. I learned this one from Bobby Brown's beauty school when I used to work at a cosmetics department.
    1 cup non dairy milk. 1/2 cup non dairy yogurt
    1/2 cup of spinach
    1/2 cup kale
    1/2 black tart frozen cherries 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
    1 1/2 Tbsps of Org. cocoa powder
    1 scoop of favorite chocolate protein plant based.

    Omg, I need to try all of these! They look amazing!
    My favourite breakfast smoothie is banana, oats, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut yoghurt and water. It's on the thicker side because the chia seeds gel it after a while, but it's super yummy. Just make sure to add enough water at the start.

      I don't know your situation, and I don't claim to. I'm just speaking from my experience. :) I wanted to be a vegetarian for a really long time, and I even tried to do so in secret for a while haha! I was too nervous about what my parents and friends would say. When I finally "came out" so to speak, I was amazed by how supportive people were :) again, I don't know know your situation. You know whats best for you

    I have a smoothie nearly every day and my go to now includes: frozen banana, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, ground flax, ground chia seeds, desiccated coconut, maple syrup, walnuts, sunflower kernels, homemade peanut butter if I have some (made with just peanuts!) and soy milk usually. I love it!
    But thank you for this video, I can't wait to try some new variations :D xx

    I love The Hidden Life of Trees so much, it's such a wonderful book. Great smoothie ideas too, thanks for sharing! One I love is something I call banana milk. It's coconut milk (I use the califa brand mixed with almond milk) and a whole frozen banana it's great first thing in the morning.
