Im going to an Estatic dance later on and my left glute and foot are at me slightly so im glad ive done this practice to touch in with my body. I appreciate what i can do instead fcusing on what i cant 🙏

I was going to continue with the other classes Charlie has organized into play lists here on TH-cam, a nice collection for beginners like myself. But I decided to do the Strength Program she has for beginners. Its something she has available on her website. I think it will be nice to do that and then add the free classes through out as well. I hope you find what works for you Tracey =)

I hope I will be relaxed. I think I did something wrong yesterday in boat pose I found myself this morning with backpain on my right hip, my weaker side. I was good to strecth in figure 4 and in supine twist. Only in bananapose I felt tension in that hip bending to the right, the left gave me more strecth on that right hip. Thx however 😍🤩😍

It would be helpful to hear your voice and encouragement during those long holding poses, like "continue to breath, surrender into the pose, don't clinch your jaw" or "remember your intentions". I find myself looking at the video to see if it's still going or got paused during those long quiet moments. Thanks again
My 250lb boyfriend (on ozempic) did all the poses in this class perfectly with me this morning. With his beloved cat by his side for emotional support. ❤
I do it in the morning to wake me up. Would it be possible to seperate the challenge into a morning and night routine. This wasn‘t helping in the morning to wake the body up. Thank you.
