Such a good strength training session! I'm nowhere near fit enough to do so many one legged bridges, but it was good inspiration while I modified those exercises!

This was uploaded just in time for a great workout after a couple days off! I've never done a workout of this nature where I could actually feel and understand how the exercises were impacting my muscles. I think this video did WONDERS for my mind-muscle connection. I modified some ab workouts (put hands under the lowest point of my back to help my form and actually work out my weak core instead of hurt my lower back!) and went on my knees for some of the side planks & pulses (for some reason full body side plank just feels like so much weight that I end up hurting myself instead of engaging the proper muscles, so I'm starting slow). THANK YOU!! Awesome video.

Those abs exercises were killer. I had to concentrate on keeping my lower back flat because I’ve had 2 births and really try to focus on the deep core.
The most challenging of all! I rested close to 5 minutes before I could pick up my phone🙄 excluding that I didn't get it a 100%😃🔥 everywhere. Thank you Anna for pushing the boundary further today.❤️❤️❤️
This workout was definitely for the more advanced peeps. I work out 3 days in a row, then rest, 3 days then rest and this workout was challenging. I had to stop during the no rest periods. 🙃
