    - If you want a citrus flavour, add 1 teaspoon(5 grams) of lemon juice to the recipe listed below.

    • Ingredients
    (pan size: 6(W)x2.7(L)x2.5(H) inch)
    □ 80g unsalted butter
    □ 60g cream cheese
    □ 90g granulated sugar
    □ 85g eggs
    □ 3g vanilla extract
    □ Pinch of salt
    □ 75g Cake flour
    □ 15g Almond powder
    □ 3g Baking powder
    □ Powdered sugar, for sprinkle, optional
    • Before you start
    - Take your butter, cream cheese, and eggs out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before using.
    - Line a pan with parchment paper or grease with melted butter.
    - Preheat oven to 355-375°F(180-190°C).
    (Preheat the oven about 50 to 70 degrees(°F) above the temperature you want to bake.)

    똑같이 했다고 생각했는데 저는 반죽이 훨씬 묽고 굽고나니 기름지네요..

      크림치즈의 유/수분량에 따라 반죽의 컨디션은 조금 다를 수 있는데요~ 반죽에 분리가 일어났다면 더 기름지다고 느끼실 수 있습니다~ 즐거운 베이킹하세요!❤️

    이 레시피로 만들어봤는데ㅜㅜ 제가 많이 안섞었나봐요 설탕이 씹혀요ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 크림치즈맛이 더 났으면 좋겠는디ㅜㅜ비율을 어케해야할지모르겠어요ㅠㅠ

      크림화를 충분히 해주셔야 설탕이 씹히지 않아요~ 가능한 한 레시피 변경보다는 파운드케이크 위에 크림치즈 프로스팅을 올려 드시는 걸 추천합니다~ 감사합니다 :)
