  • Lemon Pound Cake 🍋
    Bright, zesty, and oh-so-moist-perfect for a summer treat! I’m excited to share this with you! ෆ
    Pound cakes might seem simple, but nailing that perfect texture? Not so easy! By upping the yolk content, we’re getting a dense yet moist batter with less separation. 🐒
    All you need are 2 lemons, and you're good to go! I’ve added some pro tips in the middle of the video, so keep an eye out! 💛🍋✨

    ꔛ For the Batter
    Butter 150g
    Sugar 130g
    Eggs 150g (2 whole eggs + 2 yolks)
    Vanilla extract 5g
    Lemon zest from 1 lemon
    Lemon juice 10g
    All-purpose flour 150g
    Baking powder 2g
    Salt 2g
    𖤐 Butter at 18°C / Eggs at 21°C
    𖤐 Final batter temperature 26°C
    ꔛ For the Lemon Syrup
    Sugar 10g
    Lemon juice 20g
    Water 20g
    ꔛ For the Lemon Glaze
    Powdered sugar 150g
    Lemon juice 23g-25g
    ꔛ Garnish (Optional)
    Dried lemon slices
    Lemon zest
    Rosemary
    Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
    Baking times can vary, so keep an eye on the texture and color to make sure it’s just right!

    저 며칠전에 만들었는데 진짜 촉촉하고 부드럽고 레몬향 많이 많이 나고 넘 맛있었어요ㅠㅠ 달기도 딱 좋았어요! 틀 사이즈 알려주셔서 큰 틀에 비율 1,7배 해서 구웠는데 총 45분 구웠어요. 중간에 윗부분 구움색이 너무 진해져서 호일 10분 정도 덮고 구웠습니다! 이건 오븐 컨디션 따라 체크하면 될 것 같아요!

      점도 차이도 있겠지만 따뜻할때는 얇게 코팅이 되고 다 식은 후 올리면 두껍게 코팅이 돼요! 이건 취향 차이라..전 두껍게 올려요 :)

      @@Oyultube오율님! 오늘 파운드 케이크 만들었습니다! 구워져 나왔을 땐 겉바 속촉 느낌이었는데 레몬시럽을 뿌리고 식힌 후 틀에서 분리하니 겉부분도 부들부들 수분감 가득한 파운드케이크 처럼 됐네요!!
      화요일에 필요한데 미리 숙성하려고 오늘 구웠거든요^^ 수분감이 많아서 상온보관이 살짝 걱정되는데 냉장보관해도 수분이 마르지 않고 숙성이 잘 될까요?
      아이싱은 필요한 날 하려고 합니다!

      냉장고에 며칠 내내 두고 먹었어서 수분은 어느정도 유지가 되는데 마르기는해서ㅠ 랩핑 빵빵하게해서 넣어두시는게 좋을 거 같아요!
