P. Word's demonstration has the horizon at the bottom of the screen or the top of the screen. He literally provides a observer view of someone standing on their feet vs someone standing on their head viewing the same clockwise rotating sky.
I live in Australia and I see the stars circling a point at due South. But your pizza world doesn't have South as a point! It's a ring! But I see the stars circle a point at due South, not a ring, and how can the stars circle a ring as large as your pizza world? South has to be a point to explain what we see. 😂
I can explain Polaris and the South Celestial Pole. Easy. The Southern Cross circles the SCP, just like the Big Dipper circles Polaris (which is really close to the NCP). Stars circle both the NCP and the SCP in opposite directions. Both the NCP and the SCP are points. But South on flat earth isn't a point, it's a ring! But if you are going to believe that, well I can't answer your question and nor can anyone. But you can't "explain" the Southern Star Trails on a Pizza world but we can, easily on a soccer ball! You just refuse to look at it. Go to the SH and observe the Southern Star Trails, do a time lapse on your phone! Or go outside every few hours and observe the position of the Southern Cross overnight. It never rises or sets, it just goes around in circles and stays in the sky at all times. I see one half of the circle that the Southern Cross makes on Summer nights and the other half of the circle on winter nights. Disproved the pizza world with the Southern Star Trails, even without time lapse. 😅

Stars a few hundred or thousand miles away? And the moon closer still. I wonder how much of his family has gone "no contact" _versus_ how much is still trying to get him the help he so clearly needs.
He placed the big dipper upside down. Two stars, Merak and Dubhe make a line (from Merak to Dubhe and extended 4 to 5 times) that almost points precisely at Polaris. That is a very easy way to find North without a compass.
Learned to find Polaris by using the big dipper almost sixty years ago. Still works, I know this is uncalled for but have most of these clearers had head injuries?
Wow. I mean this is just so horrific. It's as bad as Oakley not understanding metric conversion math and Sleeping Warrior's inability to triangle with a special mention of Bob and his gyroscope and Jeranism's holes in fences experiment. They keep jumping to these faulty conclusions because they don't know or understand the basics of science. They are trying to do algebra without knowing how to add or subtract.
Not only are they still rotating clockwise, but the same stars are near the axis, when even in his video, he accepts that the southern celestial pole has different stars near it than the northern celestial pole.
At an oval racetrack the cars pass in front of me traveling from left to right but when I look across to the far side of the track they are going right to left. Voodoo.
Astonishing! I actually believed, that the flat-earth Phuket guy is going to turn around the fan to "prove" that the rotation is now counter-clockwise. But he simply seems to be too stupid to figure that out. Oh dear...
At the equator you can take a panoramic star trail pic that shows two centers of rotation. To describe this, you would have to have separate disks of stars rotating opposite of each other.
But you have to give flerfers credit: they have the ability to take a complex system that has been explained correctly, and convert it to a simple model explained incorrectly.
He seems like the kind of guy that if he doesn't see it directly he wouldn't believe that and there is no way that he has traveled very far. So no, I don't think that he realizes that there are different constellations in the Southern Hemisphere.
I had no idea so many people actually think Earth is flat, even to the point of arguing and doing demonstrations. How can people in the 21st Century be so effin thick? I just do not understood that. But SciManDan, fantastic job of countering such lunacy. 👍
How can he not realize the sun would STILL be visible even if he was under it's shadow? I am not lit up by a street light but I can still see it miles away. He has never spent serious time outside under dark skies.
I've never been to Australia. From what I've heard about Aussies, I bet they routinely DO fly airplanes upside down there, along with carrying deadly snakes on board.
Well, as a european citizen, planes *are* upside down when flying over australia. So are australians. And their fauna. Just like planes over the usa or over india fly vertically for me. Amazing.
@@BertrandDunogier Except down is a reference to the center of the earth. If you consider the wheels of the plane as the 'down side', then the top is the 'upside', The the plane is never upside down. So as usual they are copying what each other said to try and create something to continue to fool the deluded that follow and believe flatland. 😂😂 According to them now flatearth is 2 flat planes with all the sky, starts and celestial bodies between them

@JW-mb6tq most of them clearly have either learning disabilities or severe narcissism. Couple those with religious indoctrination and/or a fear of death/insignificance and you get a flat earther.
Dyscalculia has an element to it where visualisation in 3 dimensions and manipulation of visualisations can be a challenge. Quickly distinguishing between left and right. Clockwise and counter clockwise can also be affected.
I think this one is the genius who brought a smartphone with a spirit level app on a flight halfway around our globe. The airport terminal floors were found to be pretty horizontal at both ends of the flights, so YEP!! Earth is FLAT!! 😂
If you’re standing in the center of the fan looking at the top of it, I goes from left to right. If you turn around and look at the bottom of the fan it goes…from left to right.
And if the poor deluded guy travel a couple of hundred miles the constellations should be in a very different part of the sky. Or just call a guy over there and have him check the direction to a constellation. Not hard to do, is it? 😂

He's just changing the latitude by which one would view Polaris. In his demo, one is always looking at Polaris and the stars are always rotating clockwise. What exactly does he think he proved?
Well he's proven that he thinks Polaris is visible from the southern hemisphere, of course. And that he thinks stars in the northern hemisphere rotate clockwise, rather than CCW.
This is why the government force you to sleep at night. You don't actually need to sleep at all, but the chemtrails knock you out so you don't see the clocks going backwards.
@@jasmijnarielI would say that you can only argue with stupid people in such cases because sensible people wouldn't take a contrary view to millennia of observations.
Oh dear Phuket. At least he acknowledges that the southern cross exists unlike his monotonous colleague Mr Dubay. Now for that pesky issue of why people in South America, South Africa and Australia all see it in front of them when they look due south at night...
7:58 whooooaaaa there skippy. You can't just move the observer under the flat plane you say is earth and have them floating there. That is not remotely what you believe. You believe South is outward, not beneath. Also, you can't use the same stars. Also, it's still clockwise.... EVERYTHING about your thing fails...
No no no, see they’re outward but also under, underward if you will. Think of the flat earth like a deflated balloon not a piece of paper. You don’t “flip sides”, it’s the same side it just kinda wraps around. Again think of the flat earth as a balloon.
No, he's addressing what we see when we look at the sky perpendicular to Earth's axis, at each of the poles. At least he tried, but only proved that flerfs have no clue what they're talking about. They cannot even describe the natural phenomena that we all observe daily.
The list of words they use in meaningless concepts is seemingly endless. One (or 2) of my current favorites is east/west. On FE they're just circles and they go through every point in 360°. So...on a circular racetrack, the cars are ALWAYS heading in a westwardly direction, no matter which way they're pointing/going/turning! Nuh-uh!!! 😁🌎
That's what's so messed up... this is all dark ages stuff. The globe was proven a long time ago. Yet, ironically thanks to the internet, here we are again.
It's incredible how he doesn't see the massive problem here. This is the point we've all been trying to get accross to them for years. The southern stars rotate in the opposite direction around a central point. Your flat earth model has the stars going sideways for everyone in the south, and still going in a circle overhead for everyone on the equator, but that does not match reality and you can't get it to fit even with a warping CGI night sky! The sky would look like a DR Strange movie with multiple southern crosses going around the ice wall, stars splitting into two stars and twisting the sky like a cinnamon roll.
This has to be one if the *worst* attempts at debunking the globe that I've ever seen. He manages to highlight that there is no agreed flat earth model, that his own model of flat earth doesn't work, and that he doesn't understand either scale or motion. Amazing!

I don't understand how they don't see the MULTIPLE ways this doesn't make sense. Not only are there not mirror constellations, but they are COMPLETELY different, perspective of the stars don't change as you move, you never cross any kind of plane to the 'other side' of the stars, and the map of all the stars still forms a sphere, and you can see a very large portion of the night sky if you include just after sunset to right before sunrise. They are again fractally wrong. They are an onion of wrong. The wrongness has many layers of being wrong.
They just don't understand anything, they have an impossible model in their head without realizing it isn't impossible and that it doesn't match observations.
I like how he just ignores the fact that on a flat disc, everyone can see the same sky, all of the time. Crux and alpha Tucanae are invisible all year round in the grim norf of England. Just like Cassiopeia and Polaris are invisible in New Zealand.
Aaah, Cassiopeia - that's the one in the shape of a W, no an M, no now it's a W, now it's an M again. Curse this rotating around Polaris in the northern hemisphere lol
Not in his model. In his model the stars are so close to earth that you can't see them from thousands of miles away. He doesn't understand how this fails to explain star movement in the sky. But that very minor part he is right about.
Most flat earthers are north of the equator. It serves as a natural barrier to them and to their thinking. Here in Oz we'd like to keep it that way. Santos is embarrassment enough. 😀
@@Kim_Miller I'm sure he is 😁 I'm not aware of any Swedish flerfs but we have a speaker of the house (third or fourth) that believes in young earth creationism 🤦♀She sure is an embarrassment of our democracy.
Well, those who use the ridiculous "classic" FE system believe the flerfun circles between the tropics, changing its position every day. So for them, the equator is the orbit the flerfun traces at the equinoxes.
The equator is the line half way between the northern and southern limits of the sun's path between the tropics. This is, of course, also the case on a globe although it also divides the sphere in half. For Gleason, the equator is half way along the radius of the circle although many flat earthers (for example those for whom the earth could extend infinitely, would not subscribe to that notion. Perhaps half way across the known radius? But half way between the tropics it certainly is. I hope this helps.
Does he not understand that he's not demonstrating a difference between the Northern and Southern hemispheres, but a nonexistent difference between opposite areas of both the Northern and Southern hemispheres? He's also created a model.

So no explanation of Polaris vs Southern Cross, no explanation of why ALL the stars are different...
Now you are just making things up, facts don’t matter 😂
Also no explanation of how someone in South Africa and someone in Australia can look south and see the same stars.

Please tell me this is Phuket's only fan

The equator is the line half way between the northern and southern limits of the sun's path between the tropics.
