Question. If you add the spheres to the cake and have I in fridge until ready for party will the spheres sweat if it is warm outside? Shoukd I wait to add the spheres right before the party?
i have a question. if we do this balls on silicone sphere mould. we need more chocolates or same amount of chocolates is enough like here cover in styrofoam ??
If you are tapping out the extra chocolate in the silicone mold and leaving just a shell then it is about the same as dipping the Styrofoam balls;) if you fill the molds completely it is quite a bit more.
Do you want to make them with chocolate? Otherwise you can dip Styrofoam balls in chocolate if you don't mind them not being edible. For edible ones I suggest getting silicone sphere molds on Amazon.

Thanks;) They can be made edible also. I attached a link to a video I made previously on how to do that. As long as you communicate to your customer about anything that may not be 100% edible and they give you the go ahead, I feel that you are ok. Totally your personal preference. Just showing options:)

They are just styrofoam balls dipped in melted chocolate and rolled in gold luster dust:) All of that is in the video:)

Any clear flavorless oil will work, but I use vegetable oil mostly.

To get them to stick correct? I didn't use anything because there was a little condensation on the cake. But you could you piping gel.
