for those making these...the short time to let them set as stated @ 2:08 should be anywhere from a second or two up to 1 minute - depending on how thick you want your shere walls to be....great video...thank you for posting...I just used my mold for the first time - which is exactly like yours

You can fill them with ice cream or mouse. You only need to warm one of them to make it stick to the other sphere. Master chef shows this technique all the time.

Beautiful! But after you pour the excess chocolate from the molds, can you save it to melt again to re-use it all so none is wasted?
Joyce Galloway Parker absolutely. Just scrape the remaining chocolate together, and put it in a zip back and freeze It. I'll do it all the time.

Unfortunately, during hot weather, you can not temper the chocolate except when you are using an air conditioner. 😭
