    This is excellent... using a brush to spread it in the mold? Pro tip! I used to fill the mold with chocolate!!! Applying gold and silver dust to mold? Next level.

    Hi - how to you store the chocolate spheres? If I put the chocolate spheres on a cake can I put the cake in the fridge overnight?

    • @TheCrumbCakeKitchen
      @TheCrumbCakeKitchen  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I store them in the fridge. Since they are chocolate, they can be stored just like a chocolate bar. If your fridge is very cold and your room is too warm they may sweat a little when you take them out of the fridge. I've never had any issues. That's why I love them, so easy to work with. The spheres will be fine on a cake. Thanks

    • @TheCrumbCakeKitchen
      @TheCrumbCakeKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi. I wish I could answer you on this. I’ve never used the spray. All that matters is that the dust has solid coverage. If it goes on sheer, you’ll see the chocolate through it. Sorry I don’t have more information than that. 😀

    hi, how to avoid condensation of the chocolate balls, when it's taken out from fridge, what can be done when it sweat?

    • @TheCrumbCakeKitchen
      @TheCrumbCakeKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The warmer your room is the more condensation you'll get. Ir you make the chocolate balls a few days ahead, you don't need to put them in the fridge at all. You haven't changed the product from it's original state, just the shape.

    How is d dust not mixing with the choc?

    • @TheCrumbCakeKitchen
      @TheCrumbCakeKitchen  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In a way it does. The chocolate sets and attaches to the dust. It’s set in the outer layer of chocolate and doesn’t rub away. That’s why it works so well.
