You are welcome. That is how I thought of doing the canvases this way, because it was past midnight and I was ready to go to bed, but I couldn’t let my nieces and nephew and their friends down, for our Annual Christmas Party and I happened to think transfer sheets and the rest is history…lol.
Hello! I love the video! Can you explain why we need to do the rectangle step and Cricut cut out step? Is that just to cut the perimeter to size? Does cutting it Cricut affect the picture?
I've never tried the HTV because it always looked so wasteful and time consuming. I tried this and it worked at great. It adhered perfectly to the canvas. Now I have to paint and see the outcome.
Are you referring to the canvas that I ironed it on or the transfer sheet? If not can you be more specific about the step you are referring to, because I don’t seem to be understanding what rectangle you are referring to in the video.
Yes you can. You will just need to purchase the larger transfer sheets that can be found by googling. I have seen transfer sheets as large as 13x19 inches here: www.amazon.com/TRANSFER-JET-PRO-SOFSTRETCH-CUSTOM-SHEETS/dp/B07J2VB1LP and my Epson ET-15000 prints that large.
No it doesn’t, because it is not a Print-Then-Cut. It is a CUT file only. You are just cutting a rectangle, the same size as the canvas that you plan to iron the transfer on. You print the image using WORD or PUBLISHER on PCs or PAGES on Apple devices then just follow the tutorial on cutting it out with Cricut..
Yes, I will. I am busy with Valentine’s orders currently, but I definitely will. I had worked on the tutorial before and had finished the whole photo booth, before I realized my camera had stopped recording…lol.
Hi! Love you video. I used this method on 9 canvas (worked perfectly) 300/30 secs, then my paper started to not to adhere to the canvas. there were bubbles and lines running thru the image. I also tried to press the image with 250 temp and the image didnt stick and my parchment paper stuck to the image. Do you know why this may have happened?
I resize the design so that it fits with 8x10 inch parameters. I usually upload it into Word on PC or Pages on iOS and simply click on the image and resize by dragging from any corner.
Thanks a bunch Queen! I have 4 of these to do and I was about to order more vinyl and was dreading the weeding. Thank you 🥰

Thanks ❤
You are welcome.
Great video
Thank you.
I would like to do this with a Christmas theme, can I just print a Christmas scene and do the same thing? Does it have to be a special stencil?
Yes you can. That is exactly what I do for my annual Christmas party for my nieces, nephews and their friends.
amazing video!! can you use a laser jet printer? i used mine and it smeared:(
Can you use any type of printer ?
Good idea!
Thank you. It definitely beats weeding…lol
Very cool idea! Does the paint adhere to the iron on?
Thank you. Yes, the paint adheres perfectly.
How is it when painting on it?
It paints just like a regular canvas, because regular canvases have a coating also.
I've never tried the HTV because it always looked so wasteful and time consuming. I tried this and it worked at great. It adhered perfectly to the canvas. Now I have to paint and see the outcome.
The paintings come out great. I’ve even used them for Kid’s parties.
What product did yu use
I used Avery Transfers for dark colors and acrylic paints from Dollar Tree.
Hey . Love the video but I’m kind of confused on what you used the rectangle for . Did you turn it white and flatten the image on top ?
Are you referring to the canvas that I ironed it on or the transfer sheet? If not can you be more specific about the step you are referring to, because I don’t seem to be understanding what rectangle you are referring to in the video.
I think you need more detail on how you created the transfer@@HarriettsCustomComputerArtPlus
Can you do this for larger images?
Yes you can. You will just need to purchase the larger transfer sheets that can be found by googling. I have seen transfer sheets as large as 13x19 inches here: www.amazon.com/TRANSFER-JET-PRO-SOFSTRETCH-CUSTOM-SHEETS/dp/B07J2VB1LP and my Epson ET-15000 prints that large.
Alrighty! Thank you so much for your reply 😊
can you use a regular printer?
Yes, I only use regular printers. I have 3 Epson Ecotank printers with regular Epson ink.
What printer did you use in the video? Love the video by the way ❤❤
Hi, thanks for the tutorial. Doesn't it need registration marks for cutting out the image?
Roz she cut out the square she made not cutting out the image.

Do I use sublimation ink?
No, I use regular inkjet ink.
Hi Harriet will you do the photobooth?
Yes, I will. I am busy with Valentine’s orders currently, but I definitely will. I had worked on the tutorial before and had finished the whole photo booth, before I realized my camera had stopped recording…lol.

Question How did you cut the 8x10 border without interfering with the design?
I resize the design so that it fits with 8x10 inch parameters. I usually upload it into Word on PC or Pages on iOS and simply click on the image and resize by dragging from any corner.
I tried this and my inage had bubbles:( any idea of what i did wrong??
Hello,
It sounds as if you might have had the temperature too hot when you applied the transfer.
Where do you find your images you never said, if you will can you please show me how or where you got them from thanks.
I google search for “Hi res , royalty free, (then enter whatever images that you want to search for here)”
I’m kind of lost
If you have a specific question, I can answer it for you to help you out.
Nice outcome but the steps wasn't thorough enough
