I’ve watched 10 videos on the proper order and this is the first one the actually goes through step by step thank you!
You're welcome. :)
No shit, I grew up on a farm and I still found this game extremely confusing at the start and all the vids I watched confused me even more. What I would like is a vid showing what equipment you would buy if funds were unlimited. Thanks
same
@@txDDSfarmer cops video on the best equipment in the game
5:08 Lime/Plow Needed List.
8:21 Cultivate/Seed List.
10:28 direct Drill List.
14:27 Bonuses, and negatives List.
I've watched and read so many different things and this video FINALLY gives the PERFECT step by step process for MULTIPLE different methods. Stellar job!
Thanks!
Best Field prep video ever. I love the visual supports you've added to the video that also follow as a step by step guide as well as a well ordered list of the steps needed to properly prep a field. I've done the first method and followed it to get the same results and it's quick, simple and easy.
Thank you
Amazing tutorial, covering all the steps and possibilities. Nothing better out there
I'm a new player and I've spent HOURS trying to find a tutorial like this one. But I need to say that there's no other tutorials like this one. This one is one of a kind, truly amazing work, thank you so much! ❤
Brilliant presentation Harv. Very clear, concise and also nicely paced as well. I learnt alot from it and wanted to say thanks for your time and effort put into making it.
Thank you! Glad it was helpful.
This is by far the most simple and informative guide on this. Thanks for the great tutorial and helping out a newbie
Thanks to you I’ve actually now been enjoying my time playing. The game is so much more satisfying when you do the things the proper way. Thank you!!
Thank you for this! Your step by step instructions are super helpful!
Thank you for the helpful information as I had trouble getting the 100% but on the empty field I decided to plant grain crop and got a 98% without mulching a very helpful video thank you
Awesome vid Harv. Just got into Farm Simming and I've never been more at peace.
Although the stress of circling the financial drain is killing me 😂
GREAT video. You had alot of great information that will help me out. I just started playing 2 weeks ago and I am hooked.
This video is soooooooo great, good job love the editing and funny commentary Harv XD 10/10!
Big thanks as I have now watched this twice! Gonna go ahead and sub as you are providing helpful content and can't wait to see what else ya have! 🎉
Fantastic video thank you. I’ve been trying to find the definitive answer for correct field work order and this is by far the best I’ve come across. Thanks so much, I’ve got to go and get some mulching done!
Why is it when I do the correct steps and only get 125 % yield and not 200 %?
I watch so many videos and none of them talk about how to get the bonus as well. But however your video definitely does and man I absolutely appreciate it keep up the good work. And thank you so much for educational video.❤
Great work! Very informative 👏
Very informative and easy to understand. Great job.
I didn't realise that herbicide spraying effects the yield bonus, i suppose it encourages you to go fully organic where you need to use manure and slurry or solid/liquid digestate along with weed raking but if they grow to big raking becomes ineffective in which case you would need to harvest with weeds in the crop seriously effecting yield bonus.
Great video. Exactly what I needed to know as a new player. This will definitely save and earn me a lot of money.
Concise and clear. Thank you very much.
Hey Harv, good to see that you stay consistent with providing great tutorials, much appreciated! Been watching your videos to see if the are very many differences between FS19 and FS22 as I've been considering buying it. I would be curious if the general consensus is that FS22 is better and/or worth the money to buy it. Hope you are doing well my friend and thanks again! :)
Great video. i was always struggling with my fields, but fear no more thanks!
Sweet! Been playing fs19 following your videos.. finally thinking of moving on to fs22.. i’l be watching .. your awesome
Thank you!
Im just now finding this video over a year later, but I'm still so glad I found it this is gonna make my farming experience so much more fun and enjoyable
BEST FS VIDEO EVER! Well done & thank you! What was that seed drill/fertilizer (& cultivator?) combo?
Outstanding presentation of information. I really enjoyed this video. Thank you!
Thank you!
@@HarvsWorld I have a quick question
Amazing video thank you so much you just gained a new subscriber
One word only... Bravo !!! 👍🏻
Just wanted to say thank you for this information and showing step by step how to do it that help so much better than just telling me 👍👍
Great job learned a lot from this video keep up the great videos so enjoy watching these awesome videos
Thank you!
Need a Precision Farming DLC version of this!! This was best video on this ever!
Thank you so much this video was really helpful and specific.
Yeah plows turn the soil over deep enough it eliminates weeds like you said. Subs oilers are suppose to do the same but everytime I use a sub soiler I still get weeds. There are some good mods for plows so that’s what I stick with
Awesome info. Well done!!! TY
Really helpful Harv, thank you.
Should be the first result for this topic. Only video that's so detailed and yet concise.
It seemed so complicated to me but you made it seem simple thanks
Incredible tutorial well done!
Awesome tutorial man. Thank you.
Love the video. What are you mulching with?
this was extremely helpful and entertaining, ty!
thank you Harv's world i just learnt alot about farming 22
You’re welcome.
Helpful! Thank you!
This is the best video for FS22 on yield and I’m going to subscribe
This is an amazing video. Thank you so much.
This helped me a lot, thank you
Very helpful to know that we don't have to wait to see the weeds. Thank you.
You’re welcome ☺️
@@HarvsWorld I have a question
Awesome video, thanks so much!
Thanks this is what i was looking for.
Top informative episode. Good job. Great information.
Thanks!
loved this tutorial!
Youre the man! Finally a nice straight forward video of what to actually do lol
Great Advice Harv, Thankyou
My pleasure!
It’s also worth noting that if you’ve cultivated your field and weeds have grown before you seed, and your seeder is capable of applying fertilizer, the fertilizer WILL be used from your seeder but will not be applied to the field
Great video thanks for the tips 👍
you should do a followup video with equipment combos for reducing the passes even further. I mulch and drill or mulch+subsoil+cultivate in one go, just need a big fendt ;P
That’s a good point. Thanks for the suggestion.
Great video, thank you!
Great video , excellent info
Great video! When would you use a stonepicker on the other two methods?
Thanks for the guide 👍
Great video bro! Keep up the amazing work. The one question I thought I was going to have you answered before you even got started. Just so you know that question was how do you get 100% on a fallow field well you answered it oilseed radish.
Glad I was able to help out. Did you see that you got your request? Thanks, bro!
@@HarvsWorld yes I saw that I got my request.
Finally the best video thank you very much 😍😘❤👍
Glad you found it helpful.
This is the best farming sim video I’ve seen, you made it so simple even though it’s complicated lol. Also, why do you not need to put lime with all the methods??
very helpful, thank you sir for your explanation.
@HarvsWorld Great information, thank you for it! My question.. will a subsoiler work in place of a plow? The plow I am currently leasing is tricky to get the right angle to ensure I have covered all of my fields..
Thanks for this knowledge
Would love to see an update on this for the Precision Farming mod! I also believe herbicide gives a flat 2% penalty no matter what, so even if you used it on a field with no weeds (for some reason), you'd still catch a deduction.
Great vid, does the also cover grass planting or does it cover every single crop?
Top job. Well explained.
Thank you.
Thanks for the good order to do the new steps in! With how important lime is you’d think they’d make more to Han a couple spreaders in the base game. Cheapest on is still quite a bit to buy when you start!
My pleasure. Glad you found it helpful.
Great video Harv, but is there any need for a plant to grow in a certain way ?, i started growing soybeans and i do the direct drill method, and i still can’t get to %100 yield bonus
Miss ya, Harv. Hope you are back soon.
The best farming sim tips are here. Dont look further. Thank you!
Still come back to this every single time👍
Thanks once again
Thanks for this
I didn't realize the mulching was what I missed. I kept getting 97% and couldn't find that 3%. Thanks! I also didn't realize the impact of herbicide!
Awesome video thanks :)
My pleasure!
Loved the vid.. You missed the perk of using slurry/diggestate... Can put double coating so in one pass it will have you go half speed to get 2 coats in one pass... saves the double fertilizer cost...
Good suggestion. Thanks!
Best advice 100% accurate
Awesome. Thaaaaaanx Harv
My pleasure. Thanks!
Awesome job my friend and thanks for doing this for us.
I hope it helps. Thanks, bud!
Thanks for the help good buddy
Harv, I used your awesome tutorials for FS19, have you got something similar for 22? Or even just the starter mods list like you did for 19, cheers man!
your explanations are full and clear, brilliant help thank you :D
Thank you for doing this. Awesome job. Future farmers stating out will appropriate this. Good tip with the oil seed radish. Will have to test that out. I found mulching is 2% without that step you only get 98%
Yeah, I think FS22 does some odd rounding sometimes. Extensive testing concluded that mulching is 3%, and then the 101% issue comes in. Thanks bud!
Awesome thank you so much. I was wondering why I couldn’t get out of 98% 😅
Nice vid!
Thank you!
Very helpful. I followed exactly. One question, I have two fields, one of wheat and one of corn that are saying they need lime and rolling, but the crops are growing. How do I do that without damaging the crops? Do I just turn off field damage?
Rolling is so much better than rock picking! Rock picking takes so much time!
Hi Harv you got my address for my prize turkey yeah 😂 hahaha great video I already new this but watching it to support your channel all the best mate for 2022
And I appreciate it! Christmas turkey on it's way! LOL
@@HarvsWorld thanks mate 👍😂
Hi Harv. Thank you for this video. Can you tell me the steps for when I'm using the Oilseed Radishes? I'm little confused about the order to do them in. Right now, I'm liming my field. What do I do after this? Thanks.
You can line and fertilize at the same time using the Knverland fertilizer spreader from the mod hub run that over the field first then you can mulch plow cultivate all at once I haven't had any good luck combining a roller with anything the helpers don't seem to be able to properly turn around
How do u mulch, plow, and cultivate at the same time?
Thanks harv
You're welcome.
Like you said everytime
Hey Harv, any chance of you doing another Walkthrough series like you did for FS19? It taught me so much and helped me a lot.
Second this!
It's in the works. I just have a lot of real life stuff going on right now.
Sounds good Harv, can't wait, take care of self first though
In my case as a noob farmer, I harvested wheat, I did not have a plough needed status (I don’t think) so I fertilised, mulched, fertilised then seeded. But the seeder would not seed on a mulched field, it would only seed once I had plowed. Maybe the field status on the map said I needed to plow, I didn’t check there, only checked the small field info box when standing in the field.
Reply to myself for fellow noobs, seeding can only be done on a ploughed or cultivated field. With the 9m Lizard plough, it's fast and easy. With a "normal" small plough, then a cultivator would probably be quicker.
I didn't know you played FS Mr. Seth Rogan! That's awesome!
Great video! Why no lime in method 2 or 3?
