    Told my MD I was experiencing this pain so much that I could barely get down the stairs the other day. She told me to take Tylenol and a warm bath 🙄 thank you for actually helping!!

      That is so infuriating. Maybe you have access to buy a pregnancy girdle. That's what I got prescribed. Try also some yoga exercises to strengthen. All the best for you!

      Same just happened to me. And I went to multiple doctors. A black female doctor just diagnosed me today. And I just knew it was more than sciatic nerve pain like the other doctors were claiming I had.

      That happened to me too. I had to force them to give me a physical therapy script!!

    I'm so glad I came across this video. Had had this pain for a while now and I had no idea what to do because my doctor didn't understand what I was talking about 🤦🏽‍♀️ makes sense now that I know my posture isn't the best. Just sitting up with my knees together has made a huge difference

    Thank you for explaining what movements cause this pain! I have stairs, constantly picking up my 1.5 yr old and of course, the big full washing baskets! Unfortunately cant stop doing these tasks but now I can be mindful of how i move when i do them 👍

    GIRLLLL YOURE HITTING ALL THE SPOTS FOR MY PREGNANCY 😩 so happy I found your page!!!! I was diagnosed with this at 18wks my nurse recommended a maternity belt it helps a lot , ugh your pg is awesome 😁 lol thankyouuu !!

    Will it still hurt that much during labour? I can barely move because of that pain and I have to give birth in a few days

    I am in my 8th month and i am facing the pain in the front pelvic area it's not extreme or something. But i feel the pain .

    yeah no wonder I have insane pelvic pain 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm a dummy... been doing the opposite of what she recommends... I am 36 weeks now so I wish I watched this earlier in ny pregnancy

    Hi Dancee, is this same as Pelvic Girdle Pain? I am suffering from this, at times the pain can be quite severe especially when I raised my left leg.

      Yes that is another name for it! Try my pregnancy stretching routines! And SPD strengthening exercises! Remember that your pelvis is so so strong! It was made to carry babies!

    A lot of my pain is in my inner upper thigh it feels like a bruise being pressed on while walking
    This could be called the groin I think

      I experienced that! I learned my inner thigh was straining to balance the tension coming from my outer thighs! So it seems weird but stretching outer thighs helped improve it/took it away! Sitting pigeon stretch is what I did! You can also try my AM pregnancy stretching routine on my channel. 🥰
