    Thank you! I have pain from the pelvic bone to the hip bone and down to the inner thigh. Is it okay to put pressure across all of these areas? Btw, I’m using an s-shaped trigger point massager, which is much easier to handle and get the right amount of force without having to strain.

    Both my left and right pubic bones hurt, but the left one has this lump that I don't feel in the right one. I didn't do any exercise or vigorous things; it just started to hurt. Gonna try this!

    Hey, I stated pain on my left groin and pubic after a soccer game, and then the pain when toward my right side too now. I’ve gotten prolotherapy shots on the left bone and no improvement and I’ve been doing physio for 1 month now and minimal improvement with the core excercises. I will start to these excercises everyday. Hopefully the work, I really want to go back into playing soccer again. Also, can I do the other excercises for OP on your page that you posted too? Or just this one? Thanks.

    Hey im 20 and play football and i deal with this pain for around 4 months already, i want it to stop already! Did echo and xr scans and doctors say everything’s alright. I’m barely playing, doing some excersices, but this just doesn’t go away. Doing daily normal movements hurt.
    What can you recommend for me? How long will this take still?

      Thanks for getting in touch, Yair! 🙏🙂 We're sorry to hear you've been dealing with this pain for so many months now. 😞 This just can't be nice! But it's great you reached out to us, so we can recommend you to do our simple exercises to help yourself and support you in living a pain-free and healthy life. Give these stretches a try and practise daily for best results! 👆🙂 Unfortunately, we can't give you a general answer to the question how long it'll still take, since this depends on the extent of your individual muscular-fascial tensions. Therefore, be patient even though quick results are also common. But it may take some time to release any built-up tension and relieve your pain. 🙂 In our five pillars of practice at the end of this article you'll learn more about how to perform our exercises correctly and effectively. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-osteitis Please update us on how you get on and feel!

      Hi, Raul! 🙂
      Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we don't have any experience with these little stress fractures, because our pain therapy is focusing on relieving pain conditions that are caused by excessive tensions in your muscles and fasciae. Please learn more about our natural treatment approach and how it works here. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-therapy That's why we can't really tell whether our exercises will help with it, especially since we are not able to evaluate your individual case from a distance. Consequently, we recommend you to consult a doctor close to you and hope for your understanding! 🙏

    I have a bone edema on my pubis due to a mass that's there. All the doctors I've seen have told me I either have to get an operation or I should stop running/tennis/football. I am 48 years old. Do you think your method work on bone edema?

    So have you heard of mechanical pain

    • @Liebscher.Bracht_EN
      @Liebscher.Bracht_EN  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Jeannnie! 🙂
      Thanks for your comment! Of course, we have heard of mechanical pain. 🙂 In fact, our pain therapy is designed to help with mechanical pain conditions, too. 💪 We've found that most causes of pain are due to insufficient and only one-sided movements that result in excessive tensions in your muscles and fasciae. 🙂 For example, due to our sedentary routines and a lack of movement, our muscles and fasciae tense up, which causes them to shorten and ache. That's why exercising is actually hugely beneficial to helping with all kinds of pain, so you can help strengthen and heal the body. Our natural and effective treatment approach is designed to target key pressure points within the body to help it relax and release any built up tension. Please hit the following link to learn more about our pain therapy and how it works. 👉 lie-br.com/fb-cm3-therapy If you have any questions, let us know. We're always happy to help!

It’s only painful when I do activities ,like standing ,walking, Doing laundry making my bed. But as soon as I sit down it goes away or laid out. My doctor says a lot of people to get this done. But I want some exercise that helps but nothing seems to help,, And these doctors seen people when they tell them the story.
