    Thank you so much for sharing your yoga wisdom. I went from painful spd where it hurt to stand and walk when I started this video to within 2 days being able to stand without pain. It took 4 weeks and a lot of patience, I stuck with your video and very gradually I could feel more and more improvement till it no longer hurt to walk. I am so grateful for this gift as it has meant I can enjoy the last trimester so much more. Thank you x

    As always an amazing video, what a beautiful routine! What I like about your videos is how personal they are. I feel really connected even though you're teaching on the other side of the planet :) Thank you, Bettina! Love, Doro from Berlin

    Great video! I watched the others explaining SPD and what we can do to help prevent that. I had it pretty bad with my 2nd pregnancy and am in my first trimester with my 3rd. I guess I’ve been pushing myself too much with all my goddess, squats, and hip openers (I also went for a bike ride the other day) and suddenly had the slightest hint of SPD and I’m determined not to go down that road again! Time to ease up! Thank you for these videos!

    Is there a longer video that caters for PGP but also gives good stretch? Love this video and the length of it as it's all I'm able for some days but other days I'd be up for longer one without putting weight on one leg or the other

    Anytime I lay fully on my back, it always pops (can pop over and over) and is the worse pain during any session or stretches.

      Not sure what you mean pops? Your back? I would definitely go and see a physio for specific advice.

    Anyone here with SPD was able to deliver normally without going through c section?

    • @BettinaRae
      @BettinaRae  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lots of people do, including myself. Often it disappears once labour arrives.

      I had SPD with all pregnancies and delivered naturally, the second I had no pain relief at all and had an amazing birth. I don’t even remember feeling the SPD pain during labour/birth.
