Our heroes are doing battle with Sissi who is acting very strangely. Could XANA be controlling her? This hypothesis is quickly discarded as Sissi does not seem interested in harming our heroes… rather, she appears to be trying to tell them something. The truth comes to light when an activated tower is discovered on Lyoko -- something or someone else has taken over Sissi in an attempt to contact the gang. After overcoming a series of obstacles and fighting against XANA (which tries to block all contact between Sissi and our heroes) they realize that it’s Franz Hopper (who must be somewhere on Lyoko) who wishes to communicate with them… - บันเทิง
Basically, blue towers are deactivated ones, a red tower equals XANA, a green tower means it's Jeremie, and a white tower is Franz.
And cyan Towers are Way Towers.

For whatever reason, after Hopper gave Aelita his Keys to Lyoko in the episode "The Key", the deactivated Towers and Way Towers were white instead of having color-coding. Odd even complained about it in the episode "Crash Course" when he couldn't find a Way Tower.
MilesEdgeworth129 either lyoko changed the standard color from blue to white in order to memorialize Franz hopper's sacrifice or the animator just got lazy XD
Vigor The Sloth Might have been Xana's departure from Lyoko as well. But without canon mentioning of it in the show itself obviously it's just pure speculation

Like in the episode ultimatum where Xana posses Mr. Delmas and uses him to kidnap Yumi and Odd to force the rest of our heroes to hand over Aelita to the Scyphozoa by 2 pm or both of them will die a slow and painful death.
Aelita decided to hand her self over to the Scyphozoa for that reason in spite of Jeremy’s protests to not do it.
He said he couldn't turn left but did he not realize his bike can fly

Do I just have a high threshold for creepy shit? I mean I know people hear words when audio is played backwards but that's all it is unless the creator intentionally designed it to sound that way. Even then it's just noise.
It's nothing like Sadsatan.exe's 4chan version where the audio files have isotunes that cause headaches and paranoia to the subject if exposed for extended periods of time, and lets not even get into the images that flash on screen in the 4chan version.

If you ever open something like say a Word document in a simple text editor (like Notepad), you get something like this. It's just binary data, but the app decodes it in a way different from how it's intended. So, all you have to do is take the binary data and go backwards in a sense, although you have to figure out how to decode it to binary then to the proper encoding.
It's not easy for average or even tech-savvy people, but data analysts and forensic scientists have the skills and tools necessary. Considering Jeremy's computer science skills and the capabilities of the supercomputer, I'm not surprised he was able to decode it so quickly. Also, since Franz Hopper seems to be communicating through Sissi through the supercomputer, it would make sense that it's an encoding the supercomputer is familiar with.

Yeah, but it's a damn shame that Jodi Forrest (who did Sissi in most of the episodes, excluding some early season 1 programs) died way too early back in 2017. I remember her and Rhys Davies on "Lyoko Decoded" together, she literally said, "You know, she's kind of a pain in the ass."

The reason why we find reversed speech or music to be unpleasant / creepy to listen to is due to the uncanny valley, basically your brain tries to identify a speech or a melody and detects a sound which is really similar to them but it's not really a comprehensible melody nor a speech, it's something in between, so it gets confused on what da heck are you listening to and you end up feeling uneasy, same goes for glitched audio, and it's the reason why some people find clowns, masks, mannequins, etc.. to be creepy, the lie inside the uncanny valley as well ;3

Haku Yuki the only relatives we know she has are Franz hopper, Anthea and Tyron
Tyron is not Aelita's relative, Tyron only married Anthea in Evolution just to get Franz's files.
From the information I've gathered from Evolution and the four novels, Anthea and Tyron were likely part of Project Carthage as well as Franz Hopper. Even after Anthea was taken by the Carthage group and ended up marrying Tyron just to have a chance to see Aelita again, she seemed to know about Franz's plan to eradicate Carthage, and knew about Lyoko and X.A.N.A. as well.
It is also possible that Tyron may have been involved in the destruction of Carthage and the creation of Lyoko as well, since he has the Cortex, which is essentially a reverse-engineering of Lyoko. This makes it possible that the Cortex is actually an early (Beta) version of Lyoko. Otherwise, there would have been no point to him having a quantum computer capable of running the virtual world. This makes it likely that Tyron was lying when he said he knew nothing about X.A.N.A., even when X.A.N.A. had very prominent, noticeable activity in the Cortex. This gives me the impression that he could have some degree of control over X.A.N.A....
But... that's just my theory. I guess we may find out more in the upcoming "Code Lyoko: Rebirth".
Even if so, but the info from Evolution could be false, Since it's not canon. The creators didn't say it was canon, so, It's not canon... Good theory anyway.
Since it was produced by MoonScoop, who held the copyright at the time, it's safe to assume that Evolution is canon. The upcoming Rebirth series will be part of the canon as well, as confirmed by the producers (who both hold and copyright to the series and have also said that Evolution is canon).

There is one thing I still wonder up to this day since the beginning of season two and after the discovery of Franz Hopper being the creator of Lyoko and Xana not to mention the fact that he is Aelita’s father.
Just so everyone knows this is not to be offensive or anything but why can’t he talk in person on Lyoko in complete or in any message and that’s completely weird gibberish unless you decode it like Jeremy did?
It’s like he lost his ability to talk after he shut down the super computer 10 years ago and his daughter Aelita can still talk even after being in some sort of hibernation state in the super computer for 10 years as well.
There are still so many things that we all wander up to this day about Code Lyoko.
The best explanation I can get is that she was hidden in a tower protected while he to survive had to go in the digital sea.

They really did Sissi dirty this episode. First, she was humiliated in front of the entire school via Odd's film, then she was possessed by an unknown entity, and then attacked by XANA. The group gave no fucks about her well-being; they just wanted to use her to get the code. They literally propped her body up like a doll next to the supercomputer when they were done. Sure, she's an unlikeable bully and a creep (remember when she got touchyfeely with Ulrich when he lost his memory?), but still...try to treat her like a human being, guys.
Also, without the RTTP, that doctor is fucked. She attacked a patient (and there's no way none of the staff didn't hear Sissi scream) and ran off in an ambulance that has now gone missing. Like, that woman's career is over, but the group won't do RTTP unless they themselves are in danger. Way to be heroes, Lyoko Warriers.
