That Crane must have been in the river for quite some time with all the sand that is around it you could barely see 2 wheels sticking out so that means most of it's covered by sand

I commend you guys for being so polite to that rude woman. Resident or not, she's walking into a high risk work area so that a vehicle can be recovered that is probably contaminating the river she loves so much.
