one of the best things about this channel is watching y'all fix the known unknown problems that arise. its surprising when a recovery goes without any problems at all.
I can't believe people are blaming Chad. Chad rushed to get the wrecker ready in times for the games. It's a testament to Chad's near OCD level of organization that given the time constraints that the entire harness doesn't need to be scrapped and started new. To just be chasing small gremlins is a huge win for the job Chad was asked to do.
Considering he didn’t even have time to even field test his fabrications after design, build and install the small gremlins they are chasing should be considered a miracle.
If you blame Chad you probably have never built a car's wiring harness from scratch in your life, or your project is still in the garage waiting to be perfect, everyone else gets it good enough and then field fixes what they find later.
I was actually concerned this wrecker was becoming a technological nightmare, I'm honestly shocked at the amount of work Chad and his guys were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time.
The smiles at 16:00 say it all -- Matt is BEEEEEMing with satisfaction of what his BIG BAD WRECKER has done --- Heee Haaa and Jamie is SO Proud of him -- Beautiful ! !
It always amazes me at Matts willingness to to get his feet wet. There's few things that annoy me as much as having water over the top of my boots & them fill with water. His "by whatever means necessary" attitude is commendable. Great recovery 👌
When I get a new pair of boots the first thing I do (as long as it's not winter) is soak them for an hr then wear them till they're dry it form fits the leather to your foot something grandpa taught me when he got me my first pair of cowboy boots to show I was ready to start helping on the farm

It's amazing that you have been able to build an offroad wrecker from the bottom and a white piece of paper like this. The rig is incredible and an impressiv construction. A construction that should be fantastic good also in other situations and other industries. Just think of one simple thing, tractors used on bad roads or paved roads. The problem often is that a rig is good on the fields or offroad, but not so good on different types of roads. Some will maybe be angry with me, but I have never seen a rig like this one. I loved seeing you guys do something outside of your normal recovery. Being born and raised in BSF land my whole life that looks to be a more normal recovery lol. Mud and more mud is what we have. Interesting to see how you navigated the muddy parts. 4x4ing in the Midwest I can tell you don't see it all that often! Lol. Great video guys! God bless
Chad IS the man when it comes to rigging! That job would have been near impossible without the wrecker. The wrecker passed with flying colors, but will be better with the lockers. Great work! You & your team are a class act!
I enjoyed this one! Good to see the Heavy Wrecker again too, it's been a while. Sure would like to see all it's little problems solved tho. Losing air compression, lockers not working, all that. I think a good plan for Tom would be to wait for Matt to be out of town and then fix stuff, not saying a thing about it! How about that Tom, see any gas gauges in the MORR fleet you care to tackle when Matt's not looking!? ;)
It was such a tough recovery, but it was so great watching the wrecker do its job! Matt's vehicles are just pain awesome! And Matt makes his job look easy! As far as issues rgat the wrecker pops up with is not Chad's fault. Any custom rig can take months to put together....then more time to find and fix and or modify!
I don’t get why the hell people even try to drive vehicles where they do. It’s nuts. Guess it gives these guys a job! They are great and fun to watch. I’m not into cars at all but am enjoying these videos. Well done and good sense of humor.

Great job Matt and The Crew. The Wrecker did a great job. Chad did a great job Too on the Wrecker. It would have been really hard with the Morrvair and Banana trying to get it out. It car was. Really stuck in there. Great Mud video. 🤙😎
all the recoveries you do are phenomenal but as a guy who as been playing guitar for 60 years I really admire whoever the guitar player or players who work on your sound tracks. Those are some awesome musicians!
The last three videos of the Wrecker makes it apparent why you put in the rear steer. Without that your job would not have been very possible. Also good to see the dedication of your 'camera crew'. Mud, rain, dust sand...whatever, they are there to document everything going on. BTW - Still miss seeing Lizzy on your recoveries. Hope she is doing great with her ranch life.
Definitely better for a kid than having their nose burried in a screen playing games all day most my kids have automotive related careers a couple went the fabrication/welding route 1 works for the co-op and my oldest boy is now the DON (director of nursing) at the nursing home he worked in the kitchen throughout high school and while they paid for his CNA classes he just keeps taking the next step everytime he gains a new title (he's the youngest and first male DON they've ever had) and on top of working long hrs for a living they've all bought into the family farm we call a hobby and somehow we all find time to work in our 25 acre garden so we don't buy much food at the store and I take fruits vegetables eggs and honey to the farmers markets around the area we use that money to feed the yard birds slaughter steers and hogs and our guard dogs that run the first 300 acres I purchased myself (my kids all got 10 acres along side mine overlooking the river to build their house into the hill for a copy of their high school diploma I could hang in my family room) they all grew up in my shop now they have their own shops next to my salvage and towing yard the 10 acre bribe for a diploma began with my oldest daughter and set of twins who were going to drop out of school to take care of me and the farm when I was all messed up in a wreck and couldn't work they all ended up going to trade school and I helped them build and start their own shops and they're all taking a college buissnes course to learn the bookwork side of it anyway before I got distracted my point was it's good to see kids with a good work ethic still instead of glued to a screen
Matt - those mud tires don't work if they arent spinning fast enough to clear the treads. Put the pedal to the floor and let the mud fly. You can see that they just held onto the mud and turned into slicks.
@@tramvaj12 Exactly, you have to have a good idea of what is under your layer of mud. If it is is harder below it, then sure spin out if you think you won't bottom out. However, in a situation like this where you are on a river that just flooded, there is no guarantee there is a reachable bottom and you could wind up stuck. Sticking the "World's Largest Off-road Recovery Vehicle" means there aren't really many things that will be getting you out.
Dear Matt and Tom, I think both of you are really what we in Norway would call solid wood (solid people). You dont blame others or each others for your own mistakes. Of course its importent with a light tone where you can joke and correct each others in a friendly way. And then you really are compleeting each other in a nice and friendly way. Its easy to see that you respekt each other, and you are looking like good friends. All of you are really looking like a good team where we never have seen anybody been nasty or bad to someone. Of course bad situations can arise in any organisasjon, but the pleasant tone indicates good cohesion in all the team. All of you are really good role models. Its too much fake and people thinking its tough to be really bad and ugly with other people. Therefore I'm glad so many are looking at your videos. Best Regards Arne Gerhardsen.

Matt you all did a great job on this one I really think it was because Jayme was there to help you out. Also, leave Chad alone he is the best at his job. Glad to see you all stop by and aggravate the Coxs. Great people like y'all and Chad's Fab.
The wrecker is just such a beast! It's a custom car with incredible specs, it's only natural you run into certain issues
Excellent recovery guys....Jamie just blows me away....that girl has more hair on her a$$ than most men....she's up for any challenge and IS NOT afraid to drivr, climb, jump anything.....Matt's one lucky fella
God bless
I get you, that complicated of a build needs a lot of shakedown time. Great video, keep them coming.
Glad to see The wrecker out would love to see more videos with the world’s largest off-road wrecker
Rhett is really learning the physics of the job. Yall and fab rats' kids are growing up way too fast! Tom is an excellent play by play narrator!
Great recovery!! This was a nice way to spend my lunch break (on the tube).
How about that Tom, see any gas gauges in the MORR fleet you care to tackle when Matt's not looking!? ;)
Great to see the wrecker tested... it's truly a beautiful beast!
That explorer is one with the earth
I don’t get why the hell people even try to drive vehicles where they do. It’s nuts. Guess it gives these guys a job! They are great and fun to watch. I’m not into cars at all but am enjoying these videos. Well done and good sense of humor.
Really amazing what that wrecker can do! Matt's Engineering is paying off for sure.
OH! PS: Chad did amazing job for the short time He had.
Flash floods in the desert are terrifying. Glad that the customer and his family got to safety.
With Matt’s driving style and maintenance habits, how could anybody ever blame Chad.
You guys did a great job designing the wrecker for the job you do, improving it all the time the cliff jobs you do are unreal 5:53 thanks for your tapes.
long time subscriber......one of your best videos to date. Awesome job
Great to see the wrecker back out in it's element.
It is a fantastic tool that gives true benefits to your business.
Watching Tom being completely unhelpful with that air hose at 18:40 was hilarious.
Lol right!!!! How was yelling watching the video at Tom to drop the hose it would've been easier to roll up lol🤣
@@jerrymestas1231what??)
@@jerrymestas1231me, too, in my mind. Lol
@@kjsgarden lol!!!!!🤣🤣 so much for speaking into the phone🤦🏼♂️ I showed it to my wife and she was busting up😂 I think this one makes sense🤔
I thought that was Tom's job!
It is so easy to love this stuff! I wondered how they would be able to keep up with the Wrecker Games greatness, here I your answer. That's right, the every episode excitement Matt brings is just as magnetic as the one off spectacle of the wrecker games. Great job guys!
Rhett is really stepping up and learning the business and how things are done.
That was an awesome customer. More people need to get stuck like that.
Matt needs morr challenges and it makes great content.
Chad is the man. Thank you for your work on the WLORW
Loved, "we don't have no in us". I have always told my kids and grand kids, "can't never could". Attitude is everything in all things!
That heavy wrecker is an absolute BEAST. Great work again MORR.. That heavy wrecker is an absolute BEAST. Great work again MORR..
Great recovery 👍 Chad and his crew do a hell of a job😊
You guys are an inspiration!! "We don't have no in us." Thank you for making such incredible video stories!
Incredible job ! Well done matts off-road recovery team !
The worm at 17:38 is a tobacco hornworm. Most of us can't stand them because they eat our tomato plants, but I'm glad you did that one a favor!
Matt at his most professional and his most humble, rescued a 4×4 and a large grub, l salute you kind Sir ❤
Matt - those mud tires don't work if they arent spinning fast enough to clear the treads. Put the pedal to the floor and let the mud fly. You can see that they just held onto the mud and turned into slicks.
Yeah, but you can use mud just as sherp. Swim through it. If you eject all the mud it will lay on the axels.
Agreed, let those tires eat!!
Would sipes help?
@@bulldozer7656 if there's no bottom then you're stuck
Love the havy wrecker content latly about time we got some. Love the vids from Norway 🇳🇴❤️❤️
Lots of love from Norway 🇳🇴❤
I'm neither American nor an offroader, I drive a range rover svr, my offorad capability stops at about gravel tracks. 600bhp on road going offroad I think I use about 5 😅 but this has become my new favourite channel to watch. Good honest people doing good honest work. Enjoying life as a family. No profanity no stress just a group of people doing their thing. Love it. Keep up the hard work and if I find myself in the states I'll hire a jeep get it stuck and give you a call!
I love watching these recoveries and learning all the little tips and tricks. It seems no matter what, Matt and Crew always find a way to recover the vehicle in need.
Really can't get my head around Matt and crew get there, get the job done and move on. Fantastic, impressive and all that. Well done to all of you. Thanks for posting all the videos. I'm a huge fan of Morr, fad rats and trailer mater. You keep me entertained. Huge thanks🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
Recovery team (TH-cam name) aka BFS recovery is pretty badass too he's the OG off-road recovery channel
Chacos are definitely the choice footwear for this trip. Good on ya Jamie.
The way you pulled that out is how cable skidders pull wood. They will kick the winch into free spool. Then Climb over the obstacle then pull then wood back into them.
That was a tug! Glad you had outside Training to help you. Thanks Rory! Now fix the wrecker. Make your fix it list and git r done!
I was initially disappointed that Matt shows up at Fab Rats with a Coke. He is supposed to steal a Mountain Dew, then he totally redeems himself by stealing one!! Great video.
I love mud recoveries. A true test of equipment and knowledge on using such equipment. Good job Team MORR.
All your vehicles that yall build are the best I've seen on TH-cam.
The sheer size of the monster wrecker is the bomb 💣 Diggity
A big shout-out and a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who worked on the wrecker to create this incredible mad Max machine 🤯
If my guess is right the next build will be pretty dang cool too I believe to finish off the off-road recovery fleet those monster military axles TomTom got (with Matt's money) awhile back are going under the C65 Matt picked up to make a 6x6 worlds largest off-road rollback I could be wrong but I hope not because that would be awesome
@@davidwoermansr that's exactly what I thought he was building 🤯🦾

That wrecker is a BEAST!!! I love it, fixable flaws an all.
Love the way the wrecker sounds when Matt gets on the Gas. Awesome recovery.
Well, that one was cool. I'm amazed at how you keep coming up with new rescue cases - okay, your customers keep getting stuck in unique situations. I'm still waiting for a largest wrecker rescue where you don't have to fix something on it while you're out there. 😉
It's coming as soon as the shakedown is done and all the gremlins are found and fixed 1 off custom builds take awhile to find em all
That was one of the toughest recoveries I have seen you guys do. Crazy difficult. Well done!
Matt just answered a life long question for me… one of my earliest memories is pulling up to ocotillo wells with my grandfather and best friend I was probably 5 or 6 we stepped outside and saw one of those worms! I have always wondered what it was and now I know! 😂 thanks Matt!
What a job. That took specialized equipment and a lot of skill and experience. Bravo!
Really cool recovery! Love your channel.
Just a reminder for you checklist:
Fix the air for the locker
Put it on the white board 😊
