Every foreigner who buys a property in Philippines should ALWAYS put a legal charge for the monies they spent building the home because it stops the Filipina from turning on him or to stop her family pressure on her to get rid of him and liquidate the home so they can get their hands on the riches. That legal charge really stops bad thoughts from happening. Best for everyone. steven
@@philippinesxtremes It's the simplest thing ever. The lawyer you used for land title, tell him to put a legal charge against the property for the funds spent on it. Just like a lender/bank/mortgage would do to protect their investment. ok
I think i was in Dipolog when that festival was on. it was really nice. I really loved Dipolog but I found it really hard to find accommodation I had a boarding house studio with private bathroom for 5k right near save more but trying to find a small house or apartment was limited. I highly recommend Hungry Bites, Biaños Pizzaderia and Burger hub. I found it safe but I found traveling from Dipolog to CDO a bit nerve racking i don't think i would like to be driving or riding around between the towns and there is no larger city for a very large distance
Another great video about the (USA EXPAT LIVING LIFE ON HIS OWN TERMS IN DIPOLOG MINDANAO)! Full support as always & Good luck po/Ned 👍👏👍

@@RICHMICAADVENTURES kinda silly given the nearly 5 hour drive from Dipolog to illigan. It's a night and day comparison.
I’m heading to Iligan city in October 😊
