I did my own research.. and every country around the world has a different criteria for CRIMINAL convict access. 1. NOT ALLOWED 2. * Deport if discovered 3. Allowed conditionally. The Philippines doesn't yet have a hard NOT ALLOWED list or data base. They are category 2. I'm more than a little surprised "If" Zoom is still in detention? Perhaps he's challenging his case? (He'll lose anyway?) Or maybe he's already back in the U.S. and nothing good to report. I assume, as he is a narcissistic know it all, that IF he was in the U.S., he's make a video and try to keep his channel alive? We all shall see.
Who knows. One wouldn't think so. But the violation could have been activated anytime. From his latest video. It seems like he was kicked out for being an undesirable. Which was what we kinda concluded in the comments of the original video.

Whether the BI chose the wrong path to get World Zoom out of the Philippines, the Philippines is a better place without him there.
Thanks Ben, I've been very curious on why Immigration had picked him up and why they were sending him back to the US. I guess it will remain a mystery. From what I've read from newspaper articles from the US is he owes money to the insurance company and HealthTech Management. "In addition to the criminal penalties, Judge Freudenthal recently issued a civil judgment against Plake and Cardwell in a suit filed by Powell Valley Healthcare and its management company, HealthTech Management Services Inc. How much Cardwell and Plake will be ordered to pay - and how that money will be obtained - remains to be determined."
@@philippinesxtremes Yes, I agree that it's all muddled. All the Philippines newspapers are saying the same thing. "Cardwell had already been sentenced to 10 years in prison in the United States but managed to escape. He was initially arrested in Bangkok, Thailand before escaping again to the Philippines." Once he was brought back to the US from Thailand he was held until his trial and only did 3 years of his 10 year sentence being a jail informant, snitching out a cellmate. How else could someone have a 10 year sentence knocked down to 3 years? I'm assuming that the Philippines authorities may deem him an undesirable and are deporting him for that reason, but that's just a guess. I wonder why it takes so long to put him on a plane? It's been a good 4 months now he's been in BI Custodial Facility. It was pretty awesome that you just happened to be at the gate and he was sitting outside, great timing on your part.

Hi Ben! When Paul aka World Zoom, got nabbed by Immigration authorities in Cebu. It was because HE went to them. He walked right into their hands. Now weather he was in an overstay situation or it was that he was trying to negotiate with them for permanent residence or owed them restitution for something else? Or maybe he was even trying to bribe the wrong people there at Immigration? Only he knows. But the moral of the story is two fold. Either never owe anyone anything! Especially authorities that can jail you. Or NEVER turn yourself IN to authorities unless you have the money you owe and are prepared to pay them! Duh!
It is more than likely that no one will ever know. If he gets the boot , he will most likely be blacklisted and turned back at the airport if he tries to re-enter the Philippines. Just mu opinion, i am not a legal scholar. Hopefully the experience will make him see the error of his ways and give him an attitude adjustment. Or not.....
