    Thanks for joining me on the mat ☺️
    Todays class is 26 minutes and Part 1 of our 'Healthy Hip' series.
    This class is for ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS so is beginner friendly and has options throughout to chose the level that you’re happy with… work at your own pace and ALWAYS listen to your body!
    This class is designed around working our HIP MOBILITY, HIP & PELVIC STABILITY and HIP STRENGTH.
    No equipment needed.
    We are a lot more immobile these days with many of us having tension in our hips due to our posture, daily positions in chairs, laptops, cars, desks, slouching, inactive core muscles... so hopefully, this video will help you find some relief at the end of a long day behind the desk.
