I found a 2021 study that shows Omega-3 inhibited IL-11 expression in mice. But that was in mice with acetaminophen (APAP)-induced liver damage, and in that case inhibiting IL-11 had a negative effect on the mice. I only scanned the study, but quote, "n-3 PUFAs significantly aggravated APAP-induced liver damage via the downregulation of STAT3 signaling". But perhaps in healthy mice, or people, the Omega-3 suppression of IL-11 might be beneficial? (Ref: Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids inhibit IL-11/STAT3 signaling in hepatocytes during acetaminophen hepatotoxicity 2021)

Looks like we found our Grim Reaper telling our time is up after the age of 55 then IL-11 gene starts doing the job in killing our insides and then our outsides. I wonder how many Grim Reapers left inside us. We found our first Grim Reaper, there could be second, third, and so on.

That molecule is a grim reaper after studying what it does to our body. I wonder what other molecules or other stuff lurking inside our body similar to IL-11?

We need to know two things: 1) does reducing IL-11 in humans increase lifespan and health span. 2) if 1 is true then how can we suppress IL-11

I'll believe it when I see it actually work in humans. Here's a hint though...it won't.

      I wouldn't bet on that.

It won't because it is being looked at in isolation from hundreds of other factors. Now, if we start with the assumption that the world is fundamentally 'consciousness' as opposed to 'grit' (Cliff's High's term), then we start in a much different realm and direction. I am not opposed to physical phenomenon, hell I decided to start TRT next week, but I realize that the most advanced approaches to aging (or any other matter) will be to start with consciousness and work outward. Yes, it is a thought that is in its infancy at this time, and will need to evolve over time - as all things do. Where to start? Rewatch the movie 'The Matrix.'
