Fourteen years ago, I suffered with a chronic gallbladder which landed me in the emergency room. After a few hours, the ER Physician told me that my gallbladder needed to be removed and handed me information for a surgeon. I thanked her and left.
I went to see the surgeon the ER Physician referred me to. He asked me one question, "Do you have insurance?" Even though I had insurance, it was 30 days away, therefore my answer had to be, "No!". He rudely responded, "Goodbye!"as he waved his hand as if to shoot me away!
I walked out the door thinking maybe this is a blessing and I need to do my research which I did. I found out my gall bladder is very much needed.
Then I prayed and asked the
Holy Spirit what should I do to get well? He told me to juice beets to drink every day for 3 months which I did.
It's been 14 years and I have never had a gallbladder attack since that time.

Awesome information. Have you experienced kidney stones after drinking so much beet juice, because the oxalates combined with calcium create that and i am hesitant to use beet juice because of that.

I’ve put my long-term diabetic mum of 82 years of age on a high fat, high protein and very low carb diet. 4 weeks into diet and she is more alert, more active and sleeping less during the day. The goal is to wean her off all prescribed medication; so have reduced it. She walks daily and does deep breathing exercises - we heard nose breathing produces Nitric oxide.

Dr McDougal would say, "the fat you eat, the fat you wear" and "your food is poisoning" your mom with dead animals. Have you thought of the starch diet, which is the diet of 99.999% of humans? I'd check into Dr
McDougals starch diet for diabetes, I think she'll be alot happier with it and is more long term.

I learned about NO several years ago quite by accident. The premise was to heal the body by humming.
After a long fight with chronic bronchitis, I developed asthma at the age of 70. Not one to accept everything, I was able within a year to be med free, but also got a new therapy as my breathing rhythm was like a rollercoaster. Meds do have side effects, mine dealt with my sinuses, nasal blockage, constant sneezing, as well as infections.
I came upon a video as noted, did a humming exercise using my nose which within 4 days cured both my blockage and sneezing, as well as an infection. I no longer have winter colds or cough, simply by doing a simple Buddhist like humming sound for 30 minutes everyday, no meds needed. There is medical research to back this up. I was skeptical, but it has and still works for me.

      Great!
      How exactly was your method?

    • @huha47
      @huha47 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@YanDunker it's pretty much as I noted. Find a quiet place, either lying down or sitting, such as in a Yoga position, then inhale deeply through your nose, slowly letting it back out with a deep vibrating sound, like a Buddhist monk, through your nose. Do that for 30 minutes uninterrupted. I did it 2x a day, occasionally I also fell asleep doing it. Word of caution: more than 30 minutes at a time, you might feel dizzy when getting up.
I started doing it as I was curious and had read two of the documents regarding nitric oxide. There was an older man with a chronic nose problem in that he could never breathe through his nose, tried this Methode, but went extreme with it, but cured himself in four days. Two weeks later he had developed a heart problem, went back to the humming technique, resolving his newest problem.
There seems to be a lot of discussions now about nitric oxide, also using supplements, etc, but who needs them, when one can hum for free and get better results. I do it 1x per day for my health. Hope this answers your question.

@@joellenlevitre2590 You can argue that with Dr. Anthony Chaffee and many other doctors who say the human race is carnivores. All I know is I was sick all my life to the point 7 yrs ago the hospital sent me home to die. I started on the ketogenic diet and I started to improve. Eight months into the ketogenic diet which still included veggies and fruit, I was still having issue so my one doctor said for me to eat just meat since cutting out most veggie and fruits seemed to stop a lot of the issues I was experiencing. . About a month after going all meat I stopped vomiting my food up and here it is 5 yrs later and I'm thriving including being back to walking again. I was never big on processed foods but I know it hard to avoid it completely in the modern world.. Being carnivore I don't have to worry about getting any chemical foods at all. I have 3 gardens and 4 orchards I use to eat from and now I feed to all my non carnivore animals. I then feed the non carnivores to the carnivores, like my dogs and cat and me and my family. That is all the proof I needed to realize our body can not detox the chemicals used in and on our food not to mention the foods that make their own chemicals so nothing eats them. Humans can not detox all these chemicals out. That is what causing all these issue in the modern world today. If you are ill eat only the beef and watch yourself heal. No it is not over night but some have relief of their symptoms in 3 days while others may take 6 months or a year, for me it was longer since I'm still healing to this day.. Just because we can process them don't mean they should be eaten on and hourly to daily basis. They should only be used in starvation situations. Eat your wheat slave...the nobles ate meat while the slaves ate wheat....Go on believing today foods are safe for you to consume. Do your own n=1 experiment after all it is only food.

There are 2 pathways in the body. L-arginine-nitric oxide synthase nitric oxide pathway and the Nitrate-nitrite -nitric oxide pathway . Increasing nitrates in diet was shown in at least one study to "greatly enhance" the production of nitric oxide.
I got HumanN Nitrie Oxide saliva testing strips. I tested myself it showed i had no nitrate so i bought a beet powder in capsules Nitric Oxide Max Beet Root with Nitrates. Retested saliva had a good result a few days later.
I'm on warfarin a blood thinners. Vitamin k1 interferes with warfarin. To avoid K1 the beets are a better source of nitrate.

I started a carnivore diet 3 weeks ago after my doc put me on statins (which I had to stop due to bad side effects), blood pressure meds and diuretic pills. I am 73, weighed 68.9kg, 5'2" tall. Extremely high blood pressure: 201/99, blood sugar 12. 3 weeks into carnivore, I now weigh 79.3, blood pressure is consistently low WITHOUT ANY MEDS AT ALL (as it was in my 20s), blood glucose constant at around 5. Haemorrhoids are gone, my balance is back so i can stand on 1 leg again, brain fog has disappeared, energy level is comparable to age 40 and i no longer need my cane! To people who tell me car ivore is dangerous, i say, "Look at me. Look at my medical results!" Enough said ... 😂😊

There is also a lady in Canada who is 80 yrs old and she has always been carnivore and to this day she is still running a cow farm and jumping and climbing fences. The hospital sent me home to die, said there was nothing they could do for me. I didn't except that, found carnivore. Did keto first 8 months then found I was carnivore, that was when I really saw healing. No more seizure, diabetes A1C 12 to 4.8, no more restless legs, no more cpap machine, no more high cholesterol, high blood pressure 190/99 now 117/65 and I can now stand and walk on my own. Don't listen to those ney sayers they are clueless.

@@dwights1464 Well, thank you for the effort, but the "probably" in that statement is far from convincing. Not being a meat lover, this carnivore diet is extremely difficult; however, the pain from inflammation while on carnivore only drives me to drink alcohol (in order to get to sleep) once or twice a week now, instead of the 6 or 7 nights while I was also eating vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, cheese, beans, etc., - basically the the US Government's MyPlate (former Pyramid) diet.

it refers to the oxidation process in the body of saturated fats! now what he doesn't know is that the atherogenic LDL circulating in the body for more than 12 days is related to the non-alcoholic steatosis liver caused by the excessive consumption of carbohydrates and insulin resistance! Normally, the atherogenic LDL circulates through the body for about 4-5 days and is subsequently captured by the liver and degraded, if the liver is oversaturated with triglycerides, this process of capturing the atherogenic LDL is delayed and the LDL ends up oxidizing, becoming extremely pro-inflammatory in the body, and if there is damage to the matrix of the vascular wall, due to its extremely small size, it can penetrate the vascular wall, favoring atherosclerosis! Who helps prevent LDL from oxidizing: 1. modulating insulin resistance with a decrease in the consumption of carbohydrates and sugars
      2. coenzyme Q10 (the richest source of CoQ10 is in the heart of animals - especially beef)
      3. there are other factors, but by adjusting the 2 above, the big problem is fixed!

There is an antient Indian breathing practice, called Bhramari that does the trick with increasing NO in the blood stream. Its for free, available to anyone with a nose, and its been known for ages. What to do in short to make it even more efficient by a few times - the point is to hum at 130Hz through one of your nostrils, while the other one is closed. If you have a blockage, choose the worst nostril to breath through. Breath in and hum while you breath out in 1 to 2 timing ratio, i.e. 4 sec breath in, 8 sec breath out, for around 15 min. Recommended to do 1-2 times a day on the nutrition channel I picked it from. I hope Dr.Louis Ignarro could try it as well, as he seemed to be interested in having NO boost =)

NO, nitric oxide, reacts almost immediately with O2 to form NO2, nitrogen dioxide, a reddish-brown gas considered very poisonous. Look at the exhaust of a jet engine the next time you go to an airport. I worked several years as a chemist for a specialty gas company. The company put me in charge because no one else was able to blend NO without any O2 contamination. I created a process that was later patented.

It seems he needs to check out Mary Enig's research on fats. Saturated fats have all the double carbon bonds saturated with hydrogen so there is no place for it to oxidize and create free radicals. The polyunsaturated fats have many (poly) double bonds or unsaturated bonds where oxygen can attach and oxidize the fats and go rancid and create free radicals. That's why you can leave saturated fats like butter at room temperature but polyunsaturated fats will go rancid unless they are artifically saturated or hydrogenated.

I would like to believe what this doctor is saying, but when he says a carnivorous diet is deadly. Which is a lie. There's people with serious health issues that found a carnivorous diet saved there lives. Or for some got rid of serious health issues. Some of these people have been on carnivorous diet for 20 years. And are living healthy lives. This doctor doesn't know everything. Infact they have found that a vegetarian diet are very unhealthy.
Meat has all of the nutrients a body need to be healthy. Im talking about unprocessed meats . (Processed meat is a different story, IT is very unhealthy, deadly) .
But when it comes to unprocessed, natural meat, it's the healthiest food a person can eat. Infact people that had weight issues, lost the weight they needed on a carnivorous diet. There has been a lot of lies said about meat, but again, processed meat is a different story. It's very unhealthy. That has to be clarified. There a big difference.

I used to be a dental assistant. Nitrius oxide is still commonly used in hospital sistuations as a very safe anesthesia that allows the patient to remain awake.
In our dental office, we had two gas ports in each treatment room. One was nitrous oxide, commonly called "laughing gas" & the other was oxygen. We used them when we extracted teeth or needed to do traumatic procedures such as gum surgery, crown preps, etc.
Using nitrous was the original go-to for dental procedures back in the day. The use of topical then needle injection of numbing agents onto & into the local treatment area is a major step down in the dental sciences. Injecting liquid anesthesia into a tight the local area is not only initually painful, but it also greatly swells the treatment area, not a good thing. Plus, there is a wait time for the injectuon to take effect. Furthermore, needle injections, are harder to regulate. Too little, the patient is in pain, & stresses out, affecting patient trust, compliance & mood throughout a procedure. Too much & the area is engorged & mire difficult to work on, bleeding prevalent, & facial & rear jaw paralysis making for patient discomfort. Sometimes injections start to become less effective during a long procedure, yes, seem to wear off & more lidocaine has to be injected into already comprimised tissue. After the procedure, the problems arent over, as needle injections make for residual swelling & extended numbness for hours after a procedure has been completed. After leaving the office, patients tend to end up biting the sides of their mouth, leading to unnecessary injury, possible infection, & continued discomfort. Patients have trouble speaking for hours. Recovery time varies.
Nitrous gas makes most of the problems of needle injection seem sadistic. Nitrous is fast acting, noninvasive, easily regulated, pleasant for both the dentist, assistant, & patient. Less infammation of the procedure area, less blood loss, patient sensory & muscle control over the area. Yes, the patient may be a little giddy during the procedure & must have someone else druve them home, but they should be able to resume their normal lifestyle sooner, depending on what was done.
It isnt that nitrous is bad medicine, but rather that malpractice insurance rates for dentists using nitrous doubled & tripled despite no real risks if used properly. Actually, nitrous is safer & easier to use than needle injections. Most dentists arent going to triple or quadruple the costs of treatment for the patients doing a procedure necessitating nitriys, nor are most dentists going double of triple the cost of treatment for those not necessitating its use,not fair on all accounts. So most dentists just stopped using nitrous for the relatively small number of patiebts who benefitted frim urs availability.
So to think hospitals wouldnt have accessibility to nitrous is naïve. They has fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone, oxycodine, special K/ketamine, codeine/cocaine, so nitrous is joke in comparison. Nitrous is one of the very safest anaesthesias in medicine.
      Have a great day!

Thanks so much, Ever Forward Radio, for bringing this great Dr to us. Happy that Michael asked so many good questions. Just wish he didn't talk over the Dr such a lot. Not only did he cut him off so many times but it was stressful anticipating his interruptions with rather meaningless comebacks, which made it difficult to get fully what the Dr was saying or intended to say.

Low NO isn't the cause of diabetes. It's a symptom of metabolic illness, in most people caused by a diet too high in simple carbohydrates. Fat is NOT the enemy. Regarding diet, he is clueless. Recommending low-fat meat is bad advice. PUFA fats are worse at oxidizing into free radicals.

This way of thinking murdered my Dad S L O W L Y.....he followed the ADA and over 10 yrs lost everything from toes up inches at a time literally. Once his heart cldnt take any more. It stopped! Lost Grandmom same way n all of her sons. My uncles. Aunt followed carnivore n is still going at 83. Just sayin. In 2016 I was diagnosed diabetes....carnivore since. Actually it's been discovered that NO is the signaling molecule that enables insulin to get glucose into the cell, so that the glucose can be used to make ATP, thereby preventing glucose from accumulating outside the cell, which would cause hyperglycemia. So it's been found that nitric oxide is required for insulin to work, and prevent hyperglycemia. That's why studies have found that people who use mouthwash daily seem to have a significantly increased risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. Mouthwash kills the beneficial bacteria in the mouth, thereby preventing the bacteria from converting nitrates in food to nitrites, and then to nitric oxide.

@@CaptainSteve777 It has a lot to do with your main comment. Because without sufficient NO, insulin cannot do its job effectively of getting glucose into the cell. In which case, there will be insulin resistance, hyperglycemia and Type 2 diabetes.

PLEASE HUM HUM HUM " AUM, AUM, AUM, or OM OM OM, " like in Yoga. For centuries the Yogis in India did humming in two ways - one is AUM and the other one is a bee humming called 'Bhramari'- you can place your fingers one on the ears, one on your cheeks next to your nose, and one on the chin area to get the vibrations. Either side with both hands.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful information on (NO) Nitric Oxide in the body that the host must continuously produce through nose-nasal breathing 24 /7 I have done this every day my life at the age of 70 years of age living on the tropical island of Phuket Thailand that is high in atmospheric Nitric Oxide in the air ........The longest-living people on Earth live near the sea and on islands and their lifestyle is very high in Nitric Oxide. episode isn't just about groundbreaking science; it's a treasure trove of practical advice. We discover the astonishing connection between humming and NO levels and delve into how diet-from the antioxidant-rich Mediterranean diet to the scrutinized carnivore diet-plays a pivotal role in NO production. But it's not all about what you eat; we also cover the effects of nasal breathing techniques and why something as simple as mouth tape could revolutionize how you sleep.
I will follow Dr. Ignarro's insights and research on the subject and later soon I will share more about my lifestyle to help my body produce more Nitric Oxide. Thank you from Holistic Chef Barry Anderson WEIGHT LOSS EXPERT, co-founder of the Garden Villa Phuket Longevity Organic Food Forest Garden Retreat for Vacation and Retirement.
