    Thank you for this! I have been in physical therapy for my back pain for 9 months now with no relief. I have been wanting to incorporate yoga, and I found your video. Wow, I didn't realize how rigid my lower body has become! Unfortunately, my physical therapy only focuses on my upper body, but I know I need to address my entire body in order to truly heal. Thank you! This was the perfect length to not feel too overwhelmed to try

    After a long day of doing my best to morph my spine into a wilting flower stem, I was about to hop in bed and try to ignore the pinch in my back. For some reason, I decided to roll out the yoga mat, remove my cat from said yoga mat (2x), and scroll youtube. This video was what I needed! A cure for something like ‘back pain’ is individual to each person. It requires a comprehensive web of different tactics and tools to deal with various problems. However, I feel like this video is an incredibly useful tool for anyone able. The flow felt like a solid movement instead of just repeating things on each side. If Im trying to improve something like strength or balance, a repetition like that is great. Here I just wanted to be free up my back and fall into a feeling and Adrianna nailed it yet again. Perfect length for a little prebed back release. 10/10 would risk conflict with cat up to 7 times for. Thank you Adrianna!

    I truly appreciated this session 💜🌱 thanks for being part of my morning routine of being present in my body and speaking that encouragement into my being. I found that its best for me to pause throughout, really feeling the movement throughout my body and allowing myself to receive the nourishment im putting into my soul-- I am present, I love myself, I care for myself, I respect myself, I AM WHOLE. I honor my being & appreciate myself. & I love it!! I found myself not only thanking myself for taking the time out to be here, be now and ground myself in self love and that nourishment 🔥🔥 -- but also thankful for that love and energy u put into this creation. truly grateful ☀️🌈

    Before practicing this workout, I was so down and heavily depressed because of the weather and the lockdown. But after I feel so light, happy and safe. I even sobbed when you were saying the words of encouragement that we are loved and we have a purpose. Thank you 😭😭😭❤❤❤

      I love, love your classes...I just started yoga 3 days ago and God blessed me with finding this class this morning. I'm 63 years young and not familiar with the various yoga poses and although you explain in detail what to do can you show a closer view of you?     I’m so excited I found your channel. I was doing yoga everyday, but a few months ago it’s become more sporadic.     I haven't really commented before, but have been following for a while. I just wanted to say thank you for all the work that you put into this. It's truly a blessing. I have been practicing yoga for a longer time, but watching your videos, I got a new kind of sense for it, more spiritual and calm.
