    We enjoyed today. Fairly new for us to concentrate on breathing slowly through a routine. One tends to hold your breath until I’m reminded by you to breathe in and out slowly. Towards the end it dawned on me we were breathing calmly and slowly through the movement all on our own.

    I recently turned 50. I loved this beginners morning stretches. It is relaxing and really helped me loosen up the constant stiffness I often feel in my neck, shoulders and back. Lovely.

    What a nice way to start the day! I gave up yoga previously, because I hurt myself trying to keep up. Thank you for showing the basics, and letting people know that modifications and adjustments are perfectly ok! I loved your line, "Yoga is not a game of freeze tag. Adjusting and fidgeting is fine."

    This is the video that I always came back to during my first year of grad school in 2020, I had just moved alone to a new town locked away in an apartment in NorCal surrounded by fires and finding out I had adhd.     My aunt and I have been doing this together and keeping each other accountable. This has felt like a nice reset for me even though I'm not a beginner its nice to have a refresher of breathing techniques and remembering to just be present in the moment on your mat. Can't wait for tomorrow 🤗

    Day 3 and its amazing the difference 10 minutes makes throughout the day. I love when you come out if the twist being able to feel the difference in the way the body falls. Blessings

    For the last 4 months when I tried extended child's pose my butt has been firmly pointing skyward, today for just a second or two my butt cheek touched my heel. I feel so accomplished and I realised it's the little victories that matter. Thank you SarahBeth for living in my laptop and making me accountable to my yoga mat, without you my butt wouldn't be accomplished. Hugs G x

    I've been practicing yoga daily for at least two years with bi-weekly classes before that. I just wanted to say how much these beginners classes are helping me to get my mind back in the best place to practice.     I’m loving these 10-minute videos to start my day. Those new to yoga need to be reminded to relax your jaw as you breathe and are in the different poses.

    This video helped stretch my chest, upper back and shoulders and it feels so good! Hunching over all day long to do daily tasks: dishes, scrubbing, picking things up, etc. causes me a lot of neck and shoulder pain. I'll be coming back to this video often so I can feel good regardless of these daily chores.

    I'm a very late starter and just bought my yoga mat a week ago. But I am LOVING this 7 day challenge and have already signed up for the 15 min Oct one. Its such a lovely way to start getting into shape especially as I haven't exercised in a long long time.
