Watching this today I can feel chills of nostalgia waving thru my body I was 21 years old…. Your grocery budget? …. Lol, well back then it wasn’t that much for food. 50/60 bucks huh max…. Everything was so much better back then ,you didn’t struggle to go see a concert , go out etc… today is such a different world.

I was there at that concert with you (not with you personally but) I was maybe 20 ft from the stage for the entirety of the show and I sang along every song with them. There is this one little tiny blonde girl she was probably 13 or 14 couldn't have been 4'10" and she couldn't see a damn thing So me and this other guy who was there we alternated holding her up on our shoulders for about 20 minutes at a time throughout the night. But my highlight was when this gorgeous little blonde wearing leopard print spandex and a leather teddy and stiletto heel boots walked up to me and said You look nice can I stand here with you and I said sure and she stood in front of me and then backed her hips right up into me and stood there and just danced and moved her hips against mine for the rest of the night The music and the mood was glorious! No sir I will never forget that night It was bar none the best concert but it was the best because Queensryche was the most talented and skilled band I've ever seen in a live performance I could not believe that they could reproduce their sound so flawlessly!

True but there's an era for all kinds of music and the era of this kind has passed. But, Queensryche still performs and so does Geoff Tate. They both do a good job, with old and new songs and I love both parties. In September I will attend a show of Geoff Tate and you know in advance that it will be a party!! The man can still sing and he is an entertainer 'pur sang'! Gives me goose bumps all the time.. Perhaps no arena's but then again, the current venues are much more intimate.

I remember when they used to open for Metallica. The crowds did not want Metallica to come out. This came out in 88. They continued to play the whole concert until 92 I think. After that it was abridged somewhat but the crowds still loved it. Even through the Empire days.

It shows you how corrupt our government has been for a very long time and in its modern era, its beginning to really show, hence how missed our opportunity for a revolution in the late 60's. This album is my all time favorite, not only for the lyrics, but the musicianship behind it. It fits the emotion of the lyrics.

I saw the same shows in Phoenix and San Diego. I was already a huge fan from the Warning album, and where I was sitting we could see back stage too, and it was so cool seeing them huddle before coming out on stage (the Ozzy show). They were so nervous back stage, and such pros on stage.
I loved each of their shows but the Mind Crime they got to headline and do all the effects seen here, and my only complaint, that it all started to fade away too soon after. The next two albums were incredible, but then came the splintering in Hear in the New Frontier, an unlistenable album, and I take zero pleasure saying that. Chris left to become a pilot for Fed-Ex (dang! but I am told he loves it), and the next album was really good again, then the roller coaster and final split and splat.
