      being in shape feels better than food tastes. 236 down to 223 here and going, you can do it. Im just workign out in garage.

    I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

    Loved the workout. My grandfather was NE heavyweight champ in the 30s. He always reminded me to keep my hand up to protect the face so I really appreciate the constant reminder in the video.

    Thanks for this video! Will def. do this one again. Love your banter throughout, your positivity, your attitude. Only thing I would suggest to improve on it is some music-something upbeat during the punching sequences would def. help to up the energy level. You could just have it going in the background, not loud enough to drown out your voice.

    Hi Coach PJ and Fight Camp. Love the workouts, really motivational, appreciate the positive thoughts thrown in 'today is a good day to have a good day', great quote. At the end of this 4 round work out, I feel great. I read the comments below after I put this down, seems like the impact is super positive. Looking forward to another morning workout!

    Thank you so much for these drills and this workout! I've been following it for a while and decided to do it three times in one go today (slow, medium, fast) and it felt really good after lol what an absolute amazing experience ❤❤
