Usually I'm arguing to myself about these online workouts, high complaining and disagreeing with how wrong they are. This is the first time I have no problem with a workout.

That bonus drill is tough, I did 30-35 in 3 minutes (lost count lol), could barely lift my legs for the jump at the end
EDIT: did them the next day and got 33
are you still doing them and if you are do you notice a difference

@@justthink933 185lbs for 4 reps, haven't tried a 1rm yet, probably November for that, trying to get my body used to heavier weights, (I'm only 160lbs after a 15lb bulk up, so 185 is heavy for me)
